نبذة عن الوظيفة
مشرف نوبة الأمن مسؤول عن الإشراف على أنشطة نوبة الأمن التي توفر السلامة وتحمي جميع العملاء والموظفين وأصول الشركة. يشرف على البرامج والعمليات لتقليل إصابات وقت العمل، ويراجع مستويات التوظيف للحفاظ على تغطية كاملة للبوابات والمواقع والدوريات، ويفوض السلطة ويعين المسؤوليات، ويحقق في الحوادث وشكاوى العملاء ويجمع البيانات لإعداد التقارير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان توفير العدد الكافي من الحراس في جميع البوابات والمواقع والدوريات لأداء المهام المطلوبة، واستدعاء الحراس للعمل الإضافي عند الحاجة أو غياب أحدهم.
- ضمان توفر وجاهزية جميع معدات وأدوات الأمن في البوابات والمواقع الخاضعة للإشراف.
- الإشراف على أنشطة فريق نوبة الأمن بما في ذلك الدوريات بالمركبات أو سيرًا على الأقدام وتخطيطها.
- إجراء جولات تفقدية منتظمة في الموقع تشمل جميع حراس الأمن لضمان سير العمليات وفق الخطة ورفع أي مخاوف أمنية وفق إجراءات الشركة.
- تقييم أداء حراس الأمن وضمان أدائهم لواجباتهم بأفضل صورة، وعكس ذلك في تقييم الأداء السنوي.
- تنفيذ جميع التحسينات الأمنية المسندة من إدارة الأمن الصناعي لتعزيز حماية أصول الشركة وموظفيها.
- التحقيق في جميع الحوادث أو الأحداث الأمنية أثناء نوبة العمل وإعداد التقارير بالمستندات المطلوبة.
- الإشراف على التدريبات الأمنية ومكافحة الحرائق وفق دور الاستجابة للطوارئ وحضور اجتماعات التقييم.
- مراقبة عمليات التسليم/الاستلام والتحميل/التفريغ للأسلحة المخصصة وفق التعليمات الحكومية وإجراءات التشغيل، وإعداد تقرير في حالة فقدان أو تلف الأسلحة.
- إدارة بروتوكول التحكم الأمني لمرافق الحوض الجاف وأصول المساهمين.
- إدارة تقارير الحوادث الأمنية التقنية بلغة إنجليزية وعربية واضحة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الإدارة الصناعية، إدارة الأمن، العدالة الجنائية، أو ما يعادلها من خبرة عسكرية/مدنية/شرطية. أو دبلوم في برنامج ذي صلة.
- شهادات مهنية: شهادة ضابط أمن المرفأ (PFSO) - شهادة ضابط أمن صناعي (ISO) - شهادات قيادة وإدارة عامة ذات صلة - شهادات خبرة ذات صلة إن وجدت.
- الخبرة: 11-15 سنة خبرة ذات صلة لحملة الدبلوم، أو 3-9 سنوات لحملة البكالوريوس.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (شفهيًا وكتابيًا).

The Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of the security shift which provides safety and protects all patrons, employees, and company assets. Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage of gates, posts, and patrols. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensures that all gates, posts, and patrols have the required manpower to perform the required duties and he shall call the security individuals who have to work for additional hours in cases of need or absence of one or more of other security men.
- Supervise and plan the activities for his security shift team that is assigned to him including patrols by vehicles or on foot.
- Conduct regular walk-rounds of the site encompassing all security Officer to ensure that operations as planned and escalate in
- Evaluate the performance of security Officer to ensure that they conduct their duties in the best possible way and reflect it in yearly employees’ performance.
- Implement all the security improvements assigned by Industrial Security Operation Department, in order to provide benefit to the company’s assets, and employees.
- Investigate all accidents or security events during their shift time and generate reports with all required documents.
- Supervise and participates in security drills as well as fire fight drills as per his emergency response role and attend and participate in critique meetings.
- Monitoring the hand-over/take-over, load/unload to the assigned weapon as per legal government instructions and industrial security operation department operating procedures. Moreover, generate a report in case of loss or damage of the
- Manage to maintain the security control protocol of Shipyard facilities and stockholder assets.
- Strongly manage technical security incident report with clear English conscience language and Arabic.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Management, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or Military/Civil/Police Experience equivalent.
- Diploma related program. Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)
- Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) (Certification)
- Industrial Security Officer (ISO) (Certification)
- Related Public, Leadership and Management Certificate.
- Related Experience Certificate if Available.
- Minimum 11-15 years related experience or equivalent for diploma holder.
- Minimum 3-9 years related experience or equivalent for bachelor holder.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English (oral & written).
