نبذة عن الوظيفة
الإشراف على التخطيط والتنسيق والتنفيذ والاختبار والتشغيل والتحقق من الأداء وتسليم أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) في منصات الحفر البحرية الجديدة (offshore jack-up drilling rigs)، بما في ذلك أنظمة التكييف في أماكن الإقامة والغرف الفنية والمناطق الخطرة والتهوية، لضمان تشغيل آمن ومطابق للمواصفات ومتوافق مع معايير التصنيف واللوائح البحرية، وتحقيق الجاهزية التشغيلية وقبول العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات

- إدارة التكامل والتحقق الوظيفي لأنظمة أتمتة HVAC ولوحات التحكم وأنظمة المراقبة والأقفال المتداخلة وواجهات أنظمة الحريق والغاز لضمان التشغيل السلس وموثوقية النظام.
- تنسيق أنشطة التشغيل مع فرق الهندسة والإنشاء وضمان الجودة والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن وممثلي العميل لضمان جاهزية النظام وحل المشكلات بكفاءة وتنفيذ أنشطة التشغيل بنجاح.
- قيادة التواصل مع هيئات التصنيف والجهات التنظيمية وممثلي العميل أثناء عمليات التفتيش والاختبار والتدقيق والموافقات للحصول على شهادات الامتثال وقبول أصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان التزام جميع أنشطة تشغيل HVAC بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وعمليات تصريح العمل وأنظمة المناطق الخطرة ومعايير SOLAS وIMO وهيئات التصنيف للحفاظ على بيئة تشغيل آمنة ومتوافقة.
- قيادة أنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحديد العيوب وإدارة قائمة المهام غير المنجزة والإجراءات التصحيحية وتحسين الأداء لتحقيق إتمام النظام في الوقت المحدد وأهداف التشغيل.
- الإشراف على إعداد ومراقبة ملفات التشغيل وسجلات الاختبار وتقارير التفتيش وسجلات ITR ووثائق الإنهاء الميكانيكي وشهادات RFCC/RFOC وسجلات القبول لضمان دقة التوثيق والجاهزية لإغلاق المشروع.
- توجيه اختبارات المصنع (FAT) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SAT) واختبار القبول النهائي وتسليم النظام ووثائق الوضع القائم (as-built) وأنشطة التسليم لضمان قبول العميل الناجح والنقل السلس لأنظمة HVAC إلى التشغيل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة البحرية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 12 إلى 15 سنة في تشغيل أنظمة HVAC والتبريد والتهوية والتبريد في منصات الحفر البحرية الجديدة (Jack-up Rig).
- سجل حافل في أدوار إشرافية عليا أو منصب Superintendent في مجال التشغيل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابة وتحدث) باللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة بنظام Omega 365 PIMS تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

successful client acceptance in accordance with project specifications, classification society requirements, and offshore regulatory standards.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead and oversee the pre-commissioning, commissioning, functional testing, startup, and performance verification of HVAC systems, including accommodation, engine room, technical spaces, switchgear rooms, UPS
- Develop, implement, and control HVAC commissioning procedures, inspection checklists, test packages, and commissioning schedules to ensure systematic execution, quality compliance, and timely achievement of
- Oversee the inspection, testing, calibration, and operational validation of AHUs, chillers, compressors, fans, blowers, dampers, louvers, VFDs, and HVAC control systems to ensure reliable performance and design
- Manage the integration and functional verification of HVAC automation systems, control panels, monitoring systems, interlocks, and fire and gas interfaces to ensure seamless operation and system reliability.
- Coordinate commissioning activities with engineering, construction, QA/QC personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure system readiness, efficient issue resolution, and successful
- Lead engagements with classification societies, regulatory authorities, and client representatives during inspections, testing, audits, and approvals to secure compliance certification and stakeholder acceptance.
- Ensure all HVAC commissioning activities adhere to HSE requirements, permit-to-work processes, hazardous area regulations, SOLAS, IMO, and classification society standards to maintain a safe and compliant
- Lead troubleshooting, defect identification, punch-list management, corrective actions, and performance optimization activities to achieve timely system completion and commissioning objectives.
- Oversee the preparation and control of commissioning dossiers, test records, inspection reports, ITRs, mechanical completion documentation, RFCC/RFOC certificates, and acceptance records to ensure
- Direct FAT, SAT, final acceptance testing, system turnover, as-built documentation, and handover activities to ensure successful client acceptance and seamless transition of HVAC systems to operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Marine Engineering, or related discipline.
- Omega 365 PIMS knowledge will benefit.
- 12-15 years' experience in HVAC, Chiller, Refrigeration and Ventilations systems commissioning on new build offshore rigs. (Jack-up Rig)
- Proven track record in senior supervisory or superintendent-level commissioning roles.
- Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written) in the English.
