شركة International Maritime Industries تبحث عن مفتش أول لمراقبة الجودة الميكانيكية (Inspector I, QC Mechanical) في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة التفتيش الميكانيكي بأمان وفعالية وكفاءة وفقاً للمتطلبات الفنية وسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها ومتطلبات نظام الإدارة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة المواد مثل أوامر العمل وأدلة التفتيش والمخططات وتفسيرها والتحقق منها لتحديد متطلبات التفتيش والاختبار.
  • اختبار وقياس المنتجات النهائية أو المكونات أو التجميعات للتحقق من الوظائف والتشغيل والدقة والالتزام بالمواصفات، وقراءة المؤشرات والمقاييس لضمان تشغيل المعدات وفق المواصفات.
  • وضع علامات على العناصر المقبولة أو المرفوضة، وتسجيل نتائج الاختبارات وبيانات التفتيش، ومقارنة النتائج بالمواصفات لضمان المطابقة للمعايير، ورفض المنتجات والمواد والمعدات غير المطابقة.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة التركيب في قسم الميكانيكا والاختبارات الضغط وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة ومواصفات العميل والوثائق الفنية الأخرى، والحفاظ على جميع معدات المشاريع وفق معايير الشركة وتوصيات الموردين.
  • إكمال واعتماد جميع سجلات التفتيش من الفحص الأولي حتى القبول النهائي للأعمال الميكانيكية والمرتبطة بها، وتطبيق العلوم الهندسية والتقنية لضمان سير العمليات الميكانيكية بسلاسة.
  • الحفاظ على التواصل مع العميل لضمان تحقيق جميع المتطلبات التعاقدية والكودية ضمن نطاق التفتيش.
  • تحديد وتطوير جميع المعايير والإجراءات اللازمة لتنفيذ التفتيش والاختبار على العناصر، والإشراف على جميع طرق الاختبار مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية.
  • إعداد بيان الطريقة للنشاطات عند الحاجة بما يشمل تقييم المخاطر وتحليل السلامة والبيئة الوظيفية وخطة التفتيش والاختبار وقوائم المراجعة بناءً على مواصفات المشروع.
  • المعرفة في تركيب المعدات الميكانيكية وأنشطة التشغيل والتشغيل التجريبي.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات المطبقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

التعليم: دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية. المؤهلات المهنية (الشهادات والاعتمادات): - شهادة في فحص اللحام (CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI أو ما يعادلها). - شهادة ISO 9001:2015 كمدقق أو مدقق رئيسي. - أي شهادة أخرى ذات صلة بما سبق وفي إدارة جودة المشاريع تعتبر ميزة إضافية. الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 6 - 9 سنوات في أعمال الجودة في صناعات الهندسة البحرية (بناء السفن ومنصات الحفر).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • المعرفة في تركيب المعدات الميكانيكية وأنشطة التشغيل والتشغيل التجريبي.

Description

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

To ensure that all mechanical inspection related activities are safely, effectively, and efficiently carried out in accordance with applicable technical requirements, company policies, procedures, and the Management System requirements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Review, verify, and interpret materials, such as work orders, inspection manuals, and blueprints, to determine inspection and test requirements.
  • Test and measure finished products, components, or assemblies for functionality, operation, accuracy, or to verify adherence to functional specifications. Read dials and meters to ensure that equipment is operating according to specifications.
  • Mark items for acceptance or rejection, record test results and inspection data, and compare findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards. Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
  • Ensure that all installation activities for the mechanical and pressure testing department are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, client specification and/or other applicable technical documentation. Ensure Preservation of all


projects equipment is carried out as per Company standard as well as Vendor’s recommendation.

  • Complete and endorse all inspection records from initial inspection till final acceptance of the various mechanical and associated work, practical application of engineering science and technology to ensure smooth mechanical operations including use


of techniques, procedures, and equipment from the design stage to production of various parts and final assembly/release to clients.

  • Maintain interface with the Client to ensure that all contractual and code requirements are met as far as the inspection scope is concerned.
  • Determine and develop all standards and procedures necessary to perform inspection and tests on items and oversee all testing methods while maintaining high standards of quality for all processes.
  • Develop method statement for activities (when necessary) including risk assessment, job safety & environmental analysis, Inspection & Test Plan and Checklists based on project specifications.
  • Possess knowledge in mechanical equipment installation and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering


Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)

Certificates or accreditations in the following:

  • Welding Inspection (CSWIP 3.1/AWS-CWI or equivalent schemes),
  • ISO 9001:2015 auditor or lead auditor certification. Any other certification relating to above and project quality management will be added advantage.


Experience

  • Minimum of 6 - 9 years’ experience, relating to quality works of marine engineering industries (ship & rig - buildings).
