شركة عطية التجارية المحدودة (Attieh Trading Limited) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس شبكات وأمن سيبراني (Network & Cybersecurity Engineer) في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ودعم البنية التحتية للشبكات المحلية والواسعة (LAN/WAN)، والتوجيه، والتحويل، والشبكات الافتراضية الخاصة (VPNs)، والشبكات اللاسلكية (Wi-Fi)، وجدران الحماية.
- مراقبة أداء الشبكة وتوفرها وأمنها والحفاظ عليها.
- تنفيذ وصيانة ضوابط الأمن السيبراني، وأمن نقاط النهاية، وحلول إدارة الوصول.
- مراقبة الأحداث الأمنية، والثغرات، والتهديدات المحتملة.
- إدارة حلول Microsoft Entra ID وMicrosoft 365 والأمن السحابي.
- دعم الاتصال بالشبكة عبر الفروع والمكاتب المتعددة.
- تطوير وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات ووثائق أمن تقنية المعلومات.
- إجراء استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والاستجابة للحوادث، وتحليل السبب الجذري.
- التنسيق مع البائعين ومقدمي الخدمات بشأن حلول الشبكات والأمن.
- المساهمة في تعزيز الوضع الأمني العام لتقنية المعلومات في المؤسسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، أو علوم الحاسب، أو الشبكات، أو الأمن السيبراني، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية قوية في الشبكات والأمن السيبراني.
- معرفة جيدة بجدران الحماية، والشبكات الافتراضية الخاصة (VPNs)، وشبكات VLAN، والتوجيه، والتحويل، وDNS، وDHCP، وTCP/IP.
- خبرة في استخدام Microsoft 365 وMicrosoft Entra ID.
- معرفة بأمن نقاط النهاية، والمصادقة متعددة العوامل (MFA)، ومراقبة الأمن، وإدارة الثغرات.
- خبرة في دعم بيئات الشبكات متعددة المواقع والفروع.
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة مثل CCNA أو CCNP أو Fortinet أو Microsoft أو Security+ أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والتحليل، والتواصل.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing, switching, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and security.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, endpoint security, and access management solutions.
- Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and potential threats.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based security solutions.
- Support network connectivity across multiple branches and offices.
- Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Perform troubleshooting, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers on network and security solutions.
- Contribute to strengthening the organization’s overall IT security posture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in networking and cybersecurity.
- Good knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), security monitoring, and vulnerability management.
- Experience supporting multi-site and branch network environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Microsoft, Security+, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
