‏⁦SALAMA Cooperative Insurance Company is seeking a qualified Cybersecurity Supervisor to join our team.

Job Details:

• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Industry: Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cybersecurity operations and security monitoring activities.
• Coordinate cybersecurity incident detection, investigation, and response.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and security controls.
• Conduct security assessments, gap analyses, and compliance reviews.
• Support cybersecurity governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance security effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, preferably including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with Saudi cybersecurity regulations and relevant security frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
