تعلن شركة Accenture Middle East عن توفر وظيفة مهندس معماري للأمن السيبراني (Security Architect) في مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستنضم إلى فريق Accenture Security العالمي المتخصص في تقديم حلول أمنية مبتكرة تشمل استراتيجية المخاطر، الهوية الرقمية، الدفاع السيبراني، وأمن التطبيقات، مع التركيز على تصميم معماريات أمنية شاملة تغطي السحابة، إدارة الهوية، النظام، والشبكة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم معماريات أمنية شاملة تغطي مجالات السحابة، إدارة الهوية (IAM)، النظام، وأمن الشبكة.
  • تطوير معماريات الحالة المستهدفة والمرجعية والحلول بما يتوافق مع أهداف الأعمال ووضع المخاطر.
  • ضمان قابلية التوسع والمرونة للمعماريات الأمنية مع الالتزام بمبادئ Zero Trust والدفاع المتعمق.
  • إنتاج وصيانة أصناف معمارية عالية الجودة (مخططات، وثائق تصميم، معايير وأنماط أمنية).
  • تصميم حلول IAM وIGA وPAM على مستوى المؤسسات (مثل SailPoint، BeyondTrust، CyberArk، Entra ID).
  • تصميم نماذج مصادقة وتفويض آمنة تشمل SSO، MFA، الاتحاد، RBAC/ABAC، وإدارة دورة حياة الهوية.
  • تحديد استراتيجيات الوصول المميز وأساليب إدارة الأسرار ونماذج فرض أقل الامتيازات.
  • تقديم الإشراف المعماري للتكامل الآمن لمنصات IAM مع بيئات السحابة وSaaS والمحلية.
  • تصميم معماريات أمنية لمنصات السحابة والهجينة (Azure، AWS، GCP).
  • تحديد الضوابط الأمنية لأنظمة التشغيل والمنصات والبرمجيات الوسيطة (التحصين، التقسيم، ضوابط الوصول).
  • تصميم حلول أمن الشبكة بما في ذلك التقسيم، الاتصال الآمن، ووصول الشبكة الصفري (ZTNA).
  • مواءمة القرارات المعمارية مع أطر العمل الصناعية مثل NIST وISO 27001 وCSA CCM وSABSA.
  • المشاركة في مجالس مراجعة المعمارية وسلطات التصميم ومنتديات حوكمة الأمن.
  • دعم نمذجة التهديدات وتقييمات مخاطر المعمارية وقرارات المفاضلة في التصميم.

  • العمل كخبير في المعمارية الأمنية وتقديم التوجيه للمهندسين وفرق الحلول.
  • التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة من العملاء بما في ذلك قادة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأمن والمخاطر.
  • توجيه المهندسين المعماريين المبتدئين ومهندسي الأمن.
  • المساهمة في صياغة الحلول والعروض وورش العمل مع العملاء عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في دور مهندس معماري للأمن (Security Architect) أو ما يعادله.
  • خلفية عملية قوية في: أمن السحابة، إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM)، أمن الأنظمة/المنصات، وأمن الشبكة.
  • خبرة في تصميم معماريات أمنية للمؤسسات والبيئات واسعة النطاق.
  • الشهادات التالية مرغوبة بشدة: CISSP، CISM، أو SABSA، بالإضافة إلى شهادات أمن السحابة وشهادات بائعي IAM/PAM.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان أدوات IAM/PAM مثل SailPoint، BeyondTrust، CyberArk، Entra ID، Okta أو ما يعادلها.
  • معرفة بروتوكولات الهوية: SAML، OAuth2، OIDC، LDAP.
  • خبرة في منصات السحابة: Azure، AWS، أو GCP.

Enterprise & Solution Security Architecture


  • Define end-to-end security architectures covering cloud, IAM, system, and network security domains.
  • Develop target-state, reference, and solution architectures aligned to business objectives and risk posture.
  • Ensure security architectures are scalable, resilient, and aligned with Zero Trust and defense‑in‑depth principles.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality architecture artifacts (architecture diagrams, design documents, security standards and patterns).


    • Identity, Access & Privileged Access Architecture


  • Architect enterprise-grade IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Entra ID).
  • Design secure authentication and authorization models including SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC/ABAC, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Define privileged access strategies, secrets management approaches, and least‑privilege enforcement models.
  • Provide architectural oversight for secure integration of IAM platforms with cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem environments.


    • Cloud, System & Network Security Architecture


  • Design security architectures for cloud and hybrid platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Define security controls for operating systems, platforms, and middleware (hardening, segmentation, access controls).
  • Architect network security solutions including segmentation, secure connectivity, and Zero Trust network access (ZTNA).
  • Align architectural decisions with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CSA CCM, and SABSA.


    • Governance, Risk & Advisory


  • Participate in architecture review boards, design authorities, and security governance forums.
  • Support threat modeling, architecture risk assessments, and design trade-off decisions.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive secure-by-design adoption across programs and delivery teams.


    • Leadership & Stakeholder Management


  • Act as a Security Architecture SME, providing guidance to engineers and solution teams.
  • Engage with client stakeholders, including senior IT, security, and risk leaders.
  • Mentor junior architects and security engineers.
  • Contribute to solutioning, proposals, and client workshops where required.


    • Experience

    Mandatory Qualifications & Experience


  • Proven experience in a Security Architect or equivalent architecture role.
  • Strong hands-on background across:
  • Cloud Security
  • Identity & Access Management
  • System / Platform Security
  • Network Security
  • Experience designing security architectures for enterprise and large-scale environments.

    • Technical Expertise


  • IAM / PAM: SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Entra ID, Okta (or equivalents)
  • Identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP
  • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Network and system security architecture concepts
  • Security architecture frameworks and standards


    • Certifications (Strongly Preferred)


  • CISSP, CISM, or SABSA
  • Cloud security certifications
  • IAM or PAM vendor certifications
