تقدم أكوا-توتس السعودية، إحدى فروع السلسلة الأمريكية الرائدة في تعليم السباحة للأطفال، فرصة للانضمام كمدرب سباحة (مدرس سلامة مائية - Onboarding) في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل مع المدير العام ومدير الأنشطة المائية وفريق الأنشطة المائية في جميع العمليات اليومية؛ لضمان الالتزام بالقيم الأساسية للشركة ورضا العملاء وزيادة الإيرادات.
- الترحيب بالعملاء عند دخولهم المنشأة.
- التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء المحتملين والحاليين.
- بناء علاقات مع العائلات وحفظ أسمائهم وأسماء أطفالهم.
- معالجة شكاوى العملاء بلطف وبأسلوب يحقق الربح للطرفين.
- إبلاغ المدير بأي شكاوى لم يتم حلها.
- القدوة الحسنة لبقية الموظفين عبر تطبيق مبدأ التركيز على العميل في كل تفاعل.
- الالتزام بالقيم الأساسية لأكوا-توتس لتعليم السباحة.
- الحضور إلى العمل قبل 15 دقيقة من كل وردية.
- ارتداء الزي الرسمي (قميص الموظف) عند دخول أي منشأة أو موقع تابع لأكوا-توتس مع الكمامة.
- تجهيز مناطق التدريس.
- تنظيف وصيانة منطقة المسبح قبل وبعد كل وردية.
- فهم والالتزام بسياسات التلوث البرازي في أكوا-توتس.
- التدريس وفقاً لمنهج أكوا-توتس.
- الإلمام بالرد على استفسارات أولياء الأمور حول تقدم الأطفال والمنهج.
- تعبئة بطاقات أكوا باستمرار.
- إعادة بطاقات أكوا إلى مكانها الصحيح في الصندوق.
- حضور اجتماعات الموظفين والتدريبات الداخلية.

AT-WSI Position Objective

Customer Service
- Greet customers when they come into the facility
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
- Build relationships with families and get to know their names and their children’s
- Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
- Report to the manager if complaints are unresolved
- Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in
AT-WSI Duties
- Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values
- Report to work 15 minutes prior to each shift
- Be in uniform (Staff shirt) when entering any AT facility or location with your mask.
- Set up teaching areas
- Clean and maintain pool areas before and after each shift
- Understand and uphold AT fecal contamination policies
- Teach in accordance with the AT curriculum
- Be knowledgeable in regards to parent questions regarding progression and AT
- Fill out Aqua Cards on a consistent basis
- Return Aqua Cards to the correct place in the bin
- Attend staff meetings and in-service training
- Accommodation and transportation are provided.
