SAConsult.sa تعلن عن وظيفة Structural Supervision Engineer (مشرف إنشائي) بمقر العمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. الشركة متخصصة في التصميم والإنشاء والإشراف على مشاريع المباني والبنية التحتية مع فريق هندسي واستشاري داخلي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأعمال الإنشائية في مواقع البناء وضمان الامتثال للرسومات التصميمية والمواصفات والكودات ومعايير السلامة.
- التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع والمهندسين المصممين والمقاولين.
- مراجعة المخططات الإنشائية ورسومات الـ shop drawings.
- إجراء التفتيش الموقعي وفحوصات الجودة.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية وتقارير تقدم العمل.
- تحديد وحل المشكلات الإنشائية والتحقق من المواد وجودة التنفيذ.
- دعم تخطيط المشروع والجدولة وتخفيف المخاطر لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية (أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الإشراف الإنشائي على مشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- التسجيل المهني أو الشهادة المعتمدة (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في مشاريع متكاملة مع أعمال MEP (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ الهندسة الإنشائية وكودات البناء والمعايير.
- إتقان أدوات التصميم والتحليل الإنشائي مثل ETABS و SAP2000 و STAAD أو ما يماثلها.
- الإلمام بمنهجيات البناء والمواد.
- القدرة على قراءة ومراجعة الرسومات الهندسية والـ shop drawings والمواصفات الفنية وإعداد الوثائق والتقارير الموقعية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق والتواصل وحل المشكلات والعمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات ومع المقاولين في الموقع.
- الالتزام بالسلامة ومراقبة الجودة والالتزام بجداول المشروع والميزانيات.
- إجادة استخدام MS Office وبرامج المشاريع ذات الصلة.
- مهارات قوية في اللغة الإنجليزية (تواصل)، وإجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

The role also involves identifying and resolving structural issues, verifying materials and workmanship, and supporting project planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, building codes, and standards, with extensive experience in supervision of structural works on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in structural design and analysis tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, or similar) and familiarity with construction methodologies and materials.
- Ability to interpret and review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications, and to produce clear documentation and site reports.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contractors on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent), with 7+ years of relevant structural supervision experience; professional registration or certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality control, and adherence to project schedules and budgets; experience in MEP-integrated projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project-related software; strong English communication skills, with Arabic proficiency considered an asset.
