Photographer & Video Editor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that strengthens the company’s brand presence and supports its marketing campaigns. You will capture and edit professional photos and videos for real estate projects, social media platforms, events, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a fast-paced marketing team.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for real estate projects and marketing campaigns.

Create engaging short-form videos and social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital channels.

Capture professional photography and videography for properties, projects, events, and company activities.

Edit videos using professional editing software and ensure content meets brand guidelines.

Develop creative visual concepts in coordination with the Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.

Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and content requirements.

Prepare and organize photo and video assets for use across digital and offline marketing channels.

Support the production of promotional videos, project walkthroughs, interviews, reels, and event coverage.

Ensure all visual content is delivered within agreed timelines and meets quality standards.

Maintain and organize the company’s photo and video library.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in photography, videography, or video editing.

Strong knowledge of photography and video production techniques.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Experience creating social media content, particularly short-form videos and Reels.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing previous photography and video editing work is required.

Real estate, property, or commercial photography experience is a plus.
