Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a contract, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position supports the marketing team by assisting with day-to-day activities such as coordinating campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and updating digital and print content related to hospital services. The role includes conducting basic market research, tracking competitor activities, and gathering patient feedback to support marketing initiatives. The Marketing Assistant helps organize events and outreach activities, collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging, and provides administrative support for reporting, documentation, and coordination with external vendors. The individual in this role contributes to enhancing brand visibility, supporting patient engagement, and promoting Safwa Hospital by Majesty’s specialized services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and report insights on patient needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support promotional activities, lead follow-up, and campaign execution.
• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including familiarity with social media platforms, office productivity tools, and simple content updates.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is beneficial, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
