Position Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to drive end-to-end technical integrations, and lifecycle upgrades across our comprehensive Oracle Cloud footprint. In this role, you will act as the technical backbone for our integrated system, bridging the gaps between Oracle Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on expertise building cross-functional data pipelines and custom components that align with Saudi business ecosystems and local regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Module Integrations: Architect, build, and optimize real-time and batch integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to seamlessly synchronize data flows across Fusion Finance, SCM, HCM, and external enterprise platforms.
• EPM Automation & Scripting: Support the technical configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud apps (Planning, Financial Consolidation, Narrative Reporting); manage data loads via Data Management/Data Integration and write custom calculation scripts or business rules.
• Complex Data Migration: Design and execute data migration scripts utilizing FBDI for high-volume Financial and SCM transaction history, and ADFdi / HCM Data Loader (HDL) for complex workforce and payroll conversions.
• Localization & Compliance: Develop and maintain technical setups satisfying local Saudi regulatory demands, including ZATCA e-invoicing integrations for Oracle Finance and GOSI/WPS configurations for Oracle HCM. [2]
• Advanced Reporting: Build multifaceted dashboards, audit cross-validation rules, and compile localized statutory reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
• Technical Customization: Develop custom application extensions, approval workflows, and automated scripts utilizing PL/SQL, Groovy scripting, and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

Target Module Expertise Requirements

Candidates must show proven technical delivery and a deep understanding of underlying base tables and APIs in the following areas: 

• Oracle Cloud Financials: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management, and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Oracle Cloud SCM: Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, and Cost Management.
• Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Global Payroll, Absence Management, and Technical Fast Formulas.
• Oracle EPM Cloud: Hands-on metadata management, business rules deployment, and automated REST API orchestration for data synchronization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 6+ years of technical execution experience specifically centered on Oracle Fusion Cloud suites.
• Demonstrated mastery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SQL, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with fluent, professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Oracle Cloud Technical or OIC Infrastructure Certifications are highly preferred.
