A leading company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to join its growing technology team.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Odoo Developer with strong expertise in Odoo development, customization, ERP solutions, integrations, and business process automation, capable of taking ownership of complex Odoo solutions from analysis and development through implementation and support.

• Lead the development, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and develop custom Odoo modules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation features.
• Manage and enhance Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Accounting, Purchase, Fleet, Repair, and other business applications.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Odoo solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Lead Odoo implementation, customization, integration, testing, data migration, and system upgrade activities.
• Review existing solutions and identify opportunities for system and process optimization.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to deliver effective ERP solutions.
• Ensure the quality, scalability, security, and maintainability of custom developments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for custom modules, integrations, workflows, and business processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Conduct user training and support successful Odoo adoption across different departments.
  

• 5+ years of proven experience in Odoo Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Framework and custom module development.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo development standards.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and Odoo architecture.
• Experience with Odoo integrations, APIs, automation, reporting, and workflow customization.
• Proven experience in Odoo implementation and customization projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently handle complex technical challenges.
• Experience working with enterprise-level or large-scale Odoo environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
