المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم محللي P&PM في تطوير النتائج التحليلية والتوصيات المتعلقة بتخطيط الأعمال وإدارة الأداء وأنشطة المساءلة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد وتنفيذ أنشطة تخطيط الأعمال، بما في ذلك التحليل وتطوير المواد الداعمة.
  • دعم أنشطة تتبع وقياس الأداء من خلال جمع وتنظيم والتحقق من البيانات ذات الصلة بالأعمال والأداء.
  • المساعدة في تحليل الأداء من خلال تحديد الاتجاهات والفروقات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والمجالات التي تتطلب اهتمام الإدارة.
  • المساهمة في إعداد تقارير الأداء والعروض التقديمية للإدارة ولوحات المعلومات وغيرها من مخرجات P&PM.
  • دعم إعداد تقارير المساءلة من خلال توفير معلومات تحليلية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
  • المساعدة في ترجمة بيانات الأعمال والأداء إلى رؤى وتوصيات ذات مغزى.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء فريق P&PM وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لدعم مبادرات التخطيط وإدارة الأداء.
  • إيصال النتائج والتوصيات التحليلية بوضوح من خلال التقارير المكتوبة والعروض التقديمية.
  • أداء المهام الإضافية ذات الصلة كموظف أو محلل أو غيرها من المهام المسندة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو المحاسبة أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية (MIS) أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 0 و 3 سنوات في مجال التخطيط أو إدارة الأداء أو تحليل الأعمال أو المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل والعرض.
  • القدرة على تحليل معلومات الأعمال والأداء وإيصال النتائج بوضوح وفعالية.
  • الأفضلية للمرشحين الحاصلين على شهادات CMA أو CFA أو CPA أو شهادة مرتبطة بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI).
  • معدل تراكمي لا يقل عن 3.0 من 4.0 أو 4.0 من 5.0.

The Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst supports the Planning & Performance Management (P&PM) function in business planning, performance tracking and measurement, performance analysis, and accountability reporting. The role works closely with P&PM analysts to develop analytical findings, insights, and recommendations that support business performance, planning activities, and informed management decision-making. The position also contributes to the preparation of reports, presentations, and analytical deliverables and performs other related duties as assigned.


Responsibilities:

  • Support P&PM analysts in developing analytical findings and recommendations related to business planning, performance management, and accountability activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of business planning activities, including analysis and development of supporting materials.
  • Support performance tracking and measurement activities by collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing relevant business and performance data.
  • Assist with performance analysis by identifying trends, variances, key performance indicators, and areas requiring management attention.
  • Contribute to the preparation of performance reports, management presentations, dashboards, and other P&PM deliverables.
  • Support accountability reporting by providing accurate and timely analytical information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in translating business and performance data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with P&PM team members and internal stakeholders to support planning and performance management initiatives.
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly through written reports and presentations.
  • Perform additional related staff, analytical, and other duties as assigned.


Minimum Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.
  • 0 to 3 years of professional work experience in planning, performance management, business analysis, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze business and performance information and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding a CMA, CFA, CPA, or KPI-related certification.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0.
