المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم خدمة ضيافة احترافية وودودة واستباقية باستمرار مع دعم الزملاء
  • تشغيل غسالة الصحون الصناعية
  • المسؤولية عن نظافة وتعقيم جميع الأسطح
  • الحفاظ على خلو الأرضيات ومناطق العمل من المخاطر والعوائق
  • المسؤولية عن تشغيل معدات تنظيف المطبخ
  • تشغيل ماكينات غسل الصحون لغسل جميع أطباق الفندق بما في ذلك الخزفيات والزجاجيات وأدوات المائدة
  • الحفاظ على بيئة عمل صحية وفقاً للوائح وزارة الصحة ومعايير العلامة التجارية والإدارة
  • ضمان حصول زملاء المطبخ على الأطباق/أدوات المائدة المطلوبة ووجود أطباق نظيفة للضيوف
  • التحقق من أن معدات الغسيل في حالة عمل جيدة وإبلاغ المشرف بأي مشاكل أو خلل
  • فرز الأطباق وتكديسها وتحميل وتفريغ غسالة الصحون
  • فرز وتكديس وتخزين جميع العناصر النظيفة بطريقة منظمة وآمنة
  • ضمان إزالة جميع الكسور والأطباق المتشققة من التداول وجردها
  • ضمان أن تكون الأرضيات جافة ونظيفة في جميع الأوقات
  • اتباع سياسات القسم وإجراءاته ومعايير الخدمة
  • الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة
  • أداء مهام أخرى تُسند إليه

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • لا تُشترط خبرة سابقة
  • مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات
  • مسؤولية وموثوقية عالية
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة
  • القدرة على العمل بتناغم كجزء من فريق
  • القدرة على تركيز الانتباه على احتياجات الضيوف مع الحفاظ على الهدوء واللباقة طوال الوقت
  • القدرة على العمل بنظام الوردية الليلية باستمرار
  • الخبرة السابقة تعتبر ميزة إضافية
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل على نظام Opera أو نظام مشابه
  • القدرة على التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، وإجادة لغات إضافية يُعتبر ميزة

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Steward, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
  • Operate an industrial dishwasher
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
  • Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
  • Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
  • Operation of dish machines for washing all hotel dishes include chinaware, glassware and flatware
  • Maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with Health Department regulations, Brand and Departmental Standard
  • Ensure the kitchen Colleagues have the dishes/silverware required and guests have clean dishes
  • Checks the washing equipment is in good working order and informs his/her superior of any problems or anomalies
  • Sort, stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher
  • Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner
  • Ensure all breakages and chipped items are removed from circulation and inventoried
  • Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience not required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Able to work consistent night shift

Additional Information

Experience is an asset

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
