نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • دعم قسم الموارد البشرية في تقديم خدمات فعالة للموظفين ضمن قسم المبيعات من خلال حفظ سجلات الموظفين، مراجعة وثائق الموارد البشرية، وإعداد تقارير الأداء والقوى العاملة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة مطالبات السداد الطبي والتحقق من الأهلية وفقاً لسياسة الشركة.
  • التحقق من طلبات القروض البنكية للموظفين وتأكيد الاستحقاق وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من مطالبات رسوم المدارس لضمان الأهلية والامتثال للاستحقاقات المعتمدة.
  • التحقق من مستندات الرواتب للموظفين الجدد وتحت الاختبار لضمان معالجة الرواتب في الوقت المحدد.
  • مراجعة طلبات إنهاء الخدمة والتسوية النهائية، والتأكد من اكتمال جميع المستندات والموافقات المطلوبة.
  • تقييم استئنافات الموظفين والتحقق من المستندات الداعمة لتحديد الأهلية والصلاحية.
  • مراجعة طلبات تغيير العقد (ECCR) لضمان الامتثال لسياسات تغيير العقود.
  • مراجعة طلبات تجديد العقود (CRR) لضمان الامتثال لسياسات تجديد العقود.
  • إعداد تقارير الأداء الشهرية والربعية للأفراد وتحليل أداء الإدارات مقابل الأهداف المحددة.
  • المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث، وإجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمنع التكرار. إدارة شكاوى العملاء والمستهلكين، واستدعاء المنتجات، وتحقيقات الحوادث، والمسائل التنظيمية.
  • تقديم برامج التدريب والتوعية في مجال الصحة والسلامة والجودة والبيئة (QSHE) للموظفين، وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات وأفضل الممارسات.
  • مراقبة وقياس والإبلاغ عن مؤشرات أداء QSHE، ودعم تحقيق أهداف الإدارة ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • كفاءة في استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel وWord.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.

About the role:

Support the HR Department in delivering effective employee services within the Sales Division by maintaining personnel records, reviewing HR documentation, and preparing performance and workforce reports.


Key responsibilities:

  • Review medical reimbursement requests and verify eligibility in line with company policy.
  • Verify employee bank loan requests and confirm entitlement according to company guidelines.
  • Review and validate school fee claims to ensure eligibility and compliance with approved entitlements.
  • Verify payroll documentation for new and probationary employees to ensure timely salary processing.
  • Review termination and final settlement requests, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are complete.
  • Assess employee appeals and verify supporting documentation to determine eligibility and validity.
  • Review Employee Contract Change Requests (ECCR) to ensure compliance with contract change policies.
  • Review Contract Renewal Requests (CRR) to ensure compliance with contract renewal policies.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly personnel performance reports and analyze departmental performance against established objectives.
  • Participate in incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Manage customer and consumer complaints, product recalls, accident investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • Deliver QSHE training and awareness programs to employees, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor, measure, and report QSHE performance metrics, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

 



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English Fluency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
