تعلن شركة Wisayah Investment Company عن توفر وظيفة Investment Associate في الخبر (المنطقة الشرقية)، السعودية. يدعم شاغل الوظيفة رئيس القسم في تحديد وتقييم وتنفيذ ومراقبة فرص الاستثمار في الصناديق والاستثمارات المباشرة والمشتركة عبر الأصول العقارية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي واستراتيجيات الزراعة العالمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء العناية الواجبة الكمية والنوعية على فرص الاستثمار في الصناديق والاستثمارات المشتركة والمباشرة.
- إجراء النمذجة المالية، تحليل التقييم، تحليل الشركات المقارنة، واختبارات الحساسية لدعم قرارات الاستثمار.
- البحث والفحص وتقييم فرص الاستثمار من خلال التواصل مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة في الاستثمار.
- إعداد ملخصات الاستثمار، مذكرات الاستثمار، مراجعات المحافظ، ومواد لجنة الاستثمار.
- مراجعة البيانات المالية، خطط الأعمال، مؤشرات الأداء، وبيانات السوق لتقييم فرص ومخاطر الاستثمار.
- المشاركة في عمليات العناية الواجبة التجارية والمالية والقانونية والتشغيلية.
- دعم أنشطة تنفيذ الصفقات.
- مراقبة استثمارات المحفظة وإعداد تقارير الأداء والتقييم وتقييم المخاطر.
- إجراء أبحاث حول قطاعات الاستثمار ذات الصلة.
- بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة في الاستثمار.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الإدارة، الزيارات الميدانية، المؤتمرات، المجالس الاستشارية، واجتماعات المستثمرين.
- دعم المشاريع الخاصة والتحليلات الاستراتيجية والمهام الاستشارية حسب توجيهات رئيس القسم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المالية، الاقتصاد، المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الأصول، الأسهم الخاصة، العقارات، البنية التحتية، الاستثمار المصرفي، الاستشارات المتعلقة بالمعاملات، تطوير الشركات أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة، تحدث).
- خبرة في الأسواق الخاصة والاستثمارات البديلة والأصول الحقيقية (مفضل).
- خبرة سابقة في قطاع إدارة الاستثمار أو الخدمات المالية مثل صندوق تقاعد، وقف، مكتب عائلي، مدير أصول، أو شركة استثمار (مفضل جدًا).
- الشهادات المهنية مثل CFA أو CAIA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرات قوية في النمذجة المالية، التقييم، وتحليل الاستثمار.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة مع القدرة على التعامل مع كبار أصحاب المصلحة والأطراف المقابلة والمستشارين.
- القدرة على إجراء أبحاث صناعية وتطوير رؤى استثمارية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.

About the Role
The Investment Associate supports the department Head in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring fund, co-investment, and direct investment opportunities across GCC real assets and global agriculture strategies. The role requires strong analytical, valuation, due diligence, and stakeholder management capabilities, with exposure to both regional direct investments and global manager selection activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on fund, co-investment, and direct investment opportunities.
- Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis, comparable company analysis, and sensitivity testing to support investment decision-making.
- Source, screen, and evaluate investment opportunities through engagement with different investment stakeholders.
- Prepare investment teasers, investment memoranda, portfolio reviews, and Investment Committee materials.
- Review financial statements, business plans, operating metrics, and market data to assess investment opportunities and risks.
- Participate in commercial, financial, legal, and operational due diligence processes.
- Support transaction execution activities.
- Monitor portfolio investments and prepare performance, valuation, and risk assessment reports.
- Conduct researches across related investment sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with different investment stakeholders.
- Participate in management meetings, site visits, conferences, advisory boards, and investor meetings.
- Support special projects, strategic analyses, and ad hoc assignments as directed by the Head of the Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Required Skills
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, counterparties and advisors.
- Ability to conduct industry research and develop investment insights to support decision-making.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or related fields.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in private markets, alternative investments, and/or real assets is preferred.
- Prior experience within the investment management or financial services industry, such as a pension fund, endowment, family office, asset manager, or investment firm, is strongly preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
