تعلن شركة دياڤيرم السعودية، الرائدة في مجال رعاية الكلى والتابعة لمجموعة سويدية متعددة الجنسيات، عن فرصة للانضمام إلى فريق الموارد البشرية كأخصائي استقطاب المواهب (عقد محدد المدة 6 أشهر) في الرياض. ستعمل على دعم أنشطة التوظيف من الفحص الأولي للمرشحين إلى التنسيق اللوجستي وإدارة البيانات، مما يسهم بشكل مباشر في توفير الكوادر المؤهلة لخدمة مرضى الكلى في المملكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم أنشطة الفحص الأولي للمرشحين بما في ذلك مراجعة السير الذاتية، وإعداد أسئلة الفحص، وإجراء التقييمات بناءً على معايير يحددها مسؤول التوظيف أو مدير التوظيف.
- إجراء فحوصات المراجع والترخيص والمؤهلات للتحقق من صحة معلومات المرشحين، خاصة للتعيينات القادمة من الخارج.
- تنسيق السفر والإقامة للتوظيف من الخارج، والتواصل مباشرة مع المرشحين بشأن الجداول والمتطلبات.
- دعم إدماج الموظفين القادمين من الخارج من خلال التنسيق مع أخصائي استقطاب المواهب والمرشح لإتمام الخطوات اللازمة.
- مراقبة تقدم عملية الإدماج، واستكمال الوثائق، وضمان دقة البيانات في أنظمة الموارد البشرية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المرشحين محدثة ودقيقة في نظام تتبع المتقدمين (ATS)، ونظام معلومات الموارد البشرية (HRIS)، وغيره من الأنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية.
- الاهتمام البالغ بالتفاصيل في التعامل مع البيانات والوثائق وسجلات المرشحين.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- مهارات تواصل كتابي وشفوي مهنية.
- القدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة والسرية بأقصى درجات الكتمان.
- إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس والأنظمة الحاسوبية الأساسية.
- القدرة على إدخال البيانات وصيانتها بدقة في أنظمة الموارد البشرية أو التوظيف.
- القدرة على اتباع الإجراءات باستمرار والإبلاغ عن أي ثغرات أو أخطاء.

- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في مهام محددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية دون متابعة.
- الراحة في استخدام الأدوات الرقمية والاستعداد لتعلم ممارسات التوظيف المدعومة بالتكنولوجيا وأنظمة الموارد البشرية.
المهارات المطلوبة

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Capital team on a fixed-term contract for 6 months, supporting the recruitment team with screening, credentialing, logistics coordination and data management.
The Role
Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role supports the Talent Acquisition function by handling the administrative backbone of recruitment. You ensure that candidate records are accurate, interview logistics run smoothly, credentialing checks are completed and data is maintained to the standard needed for compliant and efficient hiring across local and overseas pipelines.
You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers and candidates directly.
What You Will Do
You will support the recruitment team across three areas: screening and credentialing, logistics coordination and data management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support initial screening activities including resume review, screening questions and candidate assessments based on criteria set by the recruiter or hiring manager.
- Conduct reference and credentialing checks to validate candidate information including license, certification and qualification verification for overseas hires.What matters most in this role is consistency. Infection control works when it is practiced every day, not only during audits.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for overseas hiring, working directly with candidates on schedules and requirements.
- Support onboarding of overseas hires by coordinating required steps with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the candidate.
- Monitor onboarding progress, documentation completion and data accuracy across HR systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, HRIS and other HR systems.
Who You Are
You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines at the same time. You communicate clearly with candidates and colleagues and take data accuracy seriously.
You will be well-suited to this role if you:
- Stay on top of multiple open tasks without losing accuracy or missing deadlines.
- Communicate professionally in writing and verbally with candidates and team members.
- Handle candidate data with discretion and attention to detail.
- Follow processes consistently and flag gaps when you spot them.

Experience and Qualifications

What we need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Attention to detail in handling data, documentation and candidate records.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.
What you need to be able to do:
- Enter and maintain data accurately in HR or recruitment systems.
- Follow a process consistently and flag any gaps or errors you identify.
- Organise logistics for meetings, interviews or events with attention to detail.
- Work independently on assigned tasks and meet deadlines without follow-up.
- Are comfortable using digital tools and open to learning technology-enabled recruitment practices and HR systems.

- Prior internship or placement experience in an HR, recruitment or administrative environment.
- Basic understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization requirements.
