المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم دروس ووحدات تدريبية أمام الكاميرا بطريقة واضحة وجذابة.
- شرح المفاهيم المعقدة بأسلوب مبسط يناسب المتعلمين.
- تكييف أسلوب التقديم مع مختلف الموضوعات والجماهير المستهدفة.
- التعاون مع مصممي التعليم والمدربين في كتابة النصوص والتدريب عليها وتحسين المحتوى.
- تقديم ملاحظات لتحسين التسجيلات المستقبلية.
- المشاركة في تخطيط الإنتاج والتنسيق مع فريق الإعلام أثناء التصوير.
- الحفاظ على حضور احترافي أمام الكاميرا يتوافق مع معايير Dimois Institute.
- مراجعة الجلسات المسجلة لضمان الجودة والاتساق والملاءمة الثقافية للمتعلمين في السعودية والمنطقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في تقديم الفيديو، أو التحدث أمام الجمهور، أو تقديم التدريب، أو التدريس، ويفضل في مجال التعليم المهني أو التدريب المؤسسي.
- خلفية أكاديمية ذات صلة أو خبرة مهنية في التعليم، أو الاتصال، أو الإعلام، أو الأعمال، أو أي مجال يُدرَّس في المعهد.
- طلاقة مهنية في اللغة العربية مع القدرة على التقديم بوضوح؛ ويُعد إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة للبرامج ثنائية اللغة أو الدولية.
- الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة، واحترام تنوع المتعلمين، والانسجام مع تركيز Dimois Institute على الجودة والمعايير الدولية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتلقي التوجيه والملاحظات من فريق الإنتاج.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية أمام الكاميرا، تشمل النطق الواضح والعرض الواثق والقدرة على شرح المحتوى التعليمي بأسلوب جذاب.
- القدرة على التعاون الفعّال مع المدربين ومصممي التعليم وفِرق الإنتاج، بما في ذلك المشاركة في تطوير النصوص والتدريب عليها.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت جيدة للتعامل مع جلسات تصوير متعددة، والوفاء بجداول الإنتاج، والتحضير الشامل لكل عرض.

Role Description The Video Presenter will work full time on-site at Dimois Institute in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, delivering engaging video-based educational content for a variety of training programs. Day-to-day tasks include presenting lessons and training modules on camera, explaining complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner, and adapting delivery style to different subject areas and audiences. The role involves collaborating with instructional designers and trainers to script, rehearse, and refine video content, as well as providing feedback to improve future recordings. The Video Presenter will participate in production planning, coordinate with the media team during filming, and maintain a professional on-camera presence aligned with Dimois Institute’s standards. This role also includes reviewing recorded sessions to ensure quality, consistency, and cultural appropriateness for learners in Saudi Arabia and the broader region.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with trainers, instructional designers, and media production teams, including participating in script development and rehearsal.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recording sessions, meet production schedules, and prepare thoroughly for each presentation.
- Comfort with basic video production processes (e.g., working with cameras, lighting, microphones) and openness to direction and feedback from the production crew.
- Professional fluency in Arabic, with the ability to present clearly; English proficiency is an advantage for bilingual or internationally oriented programs.
- Relevant academic background or professional experience in education, communication, media, business, or other fields taught at the institute is preferred.
