تمارا، منصة التكنولوجيا المالية الرائدة في السعودية ومنطقة الخليج، تبحث عن **أخصائي اكتساب تجار** للانضمام إلى فريق عمليات المتاجر في **الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية)**. ستعمل ميدانياً على توقيع شراكات جديدة ومراقبة الجهود التسويقية داخل المتاجر الشريكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواصل النشط مع التجار المحتملين في مواقعهم الفعلية، وشرح خدمات الشركة وفوائد الشراكة.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع التجار وفهم احتياجاتهم وتحدياتهم لعرض حلول مناسبة.
- إجراء عروض توضيحية ميدانية للمنتج أو الخدمة، ومعالجة استفسارات التجار لإتمام الشراكات.
- جمع رؤى السوق ونشاطات المنافسين وملاحظات التجار، بما يشمل وضوح المواد التسويقية داخل المتاجر، لدعم استراتيجية الشركة وتطوير المنتج.
- توجيه التجار المهتمين خلال عملية التقديم والتسجيل لضمان انتقال سلس وشراكة ناجحة طويلة الأمد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن تدريب تعاوني (internship/co-op) أو خبرة عملية في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال، وبحد أقصى سنتان.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول (إلزامي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع التجار وأصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- قدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات السرية بسرية تامة.
- إتقان استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office؛ ومعرفة ببرامج CRM ميزة إضافية.
- دوافع ذاتية، توجّه نحو الأهداف، ورغبة في التعلم والنمو في قطاع (اشتر الآن وادفع لاحقاً - BNPL).
- قابلية للتكيف والمرونة، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة النمو وعالية الوتيرة.
- روح الفريق والمبادرة مع موقف إيجابي.

About The Role

Your Responsibilities
- Active Merchant Outreach: Proactively identify and approach potential merchants in their physical store locations, introducing the company's services or products and explaining the benefits of partnership.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with merchants, understanding their unique needs and challenges to position the company's offerings as valuable solutions.
- On-Site Demonstrations: Conduct in-person product or service demonstrations and address merchant concerns to secure new partnerships.
- Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and report valuable market insights, competitor activities and merchant feedback to inform company strategy and product development, including in-store materials visibility,
- Conversion and Onboarding: Guide interested merchants through the application and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and laying the groundwork for a successful long-term partnership.
Your expertise:
- At a minimum, internship or co-op training experience in sales or business development with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with merchants and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about and grow within the BNPL sector.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced industry.
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and brings a positive attitude to work.
- KSA drivers license is a must
