شركة الجميح للطاقة والمياه (AEW)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في تطوير وتشغيل مشاريع البنية التحتية والطاقة ومقرها السعودية، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة (محاسب) في المنطقة الشرقية (الدمام).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- إدارة المعاملات المالية والتقارير والامتثال لمشاريع وعمليات الطاقة، مع ضمان الدقة والشفافية والمواءمة مع المعايير الصناعية والتنظيمية.
- التقارير: مدير المحاسبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تسجيل ومراجعة المعاملات المالية وفقًا لـ IFRS والمعايير المحاسبية المحلية.
- المساعدة في عمليات الإغلاق الشهرية والربعية والسنوية، بما في ذلك قيود اليومية والاستحقاقات والتسويات.
- صيانة حسابات الأستاذ العام وإعداد الجداول الداعمة للتقارير.
- تتبع الأداء المالي للمشاريع الجاري تنفيذها والإبلاغ عنه، بما يشمل إعداد الموازنات وإدارة التكاليف.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية الإدارية والقانونية.
- ضمان التطبيق السليم للسياسات والإجراءات والضوابط المحاسبية.
- دعم تحليل الانحرافات بين الفعلي والموازنة للإيرادات والتكاليف والتدفقات النقدية.
- توفير البيانات والرؤى المالية لدعم أنشطة التنبؤ وإعداد الموازنات.
- مراقبة المعاملات البنكية وإعداد تسويات بنكية دقيقة.
- المساعدة في إعداد تقارير التدفقات النقدية الأسبوعية والشهرية.
- ضمان المحاسبة الصحيحة لضريبة القيمة المضافة والزكاة وأي متطلبات ضريبية أخرى.
- إعداد الوثائق اللازمة لدعم الامتثال للتقديمات التنظيمية.
- إعداد الجداول والمستندات لمراجعي الحسابات الداخليين والخارجيين.
- دعم تنفيذ وصيانة الضوابط الداخلية الفعالة.
- ترحيل وصيانة المعاملات في أنظمة ERP.
- المساهمة في تحسين أنظمة وأدوات إعداد التقارير المالية.
- دعم فريق المالية بالتحليل المالي وإعداد التقارير حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، ويفضل في قطاعات المرافق أو الطاقة أو البنية التحتية.
- معرفة بمعايير IFRS/GAAP والمعايير المحاسبية المحلية.
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP (Oracle Fusion مفضل).
- إجادة قوية لبرامج MS Excel وMicrosoft Office.
- عقلية تحليلية مع مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات اتصال وتعامل مع الآخرين جيدة، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.

Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)

Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Record and review financial transactions in compliance with IFRS/local accounting standards
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare supporting schedules for reporting
- Track and report on the financial performance of ongoing projects, including budgeting and cost management
- Assist in the preparation of management and statutory financial reports
- Ensure proper application of accounting policies, procedures, and controls
- Support variance analysis of actual vs. budget for revenues, costs, and cash flows
- Provide financial data and insights to assist in forecasting and budgeting exercises
- Monitor bank transactions and prepare accurate bank reconciliations
- Assist in weekly and monthly cashflow reporting
- Ensure correct accounting of VAT, Zakat, and other applicable tax requirements
- Prepare documentation to support compliance with regulatory filings
- Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits
- Support the implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls
- Post and maintain transactions in ERP systems
- Contribute to improvements in financial reporting systems and tools
- Support the finance team with financial analysis and report generation on an as-needed basis
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors
- Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and local accounting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
- Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
