تعلن Accenture Middle East عن فرصة وظيفية في الرياض لمسمى Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager، حيث ستعمل مع عملاء كبار لقيادة تحول وظائف المالية باستخدام أحدث تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والحلول السحابية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة مهام التحول المالي لمساعدة العملاء على تحديث وظائفهم المالية، وتحديد الأهداف الاستراتيجية، وترتيب الأولويات، وتطوير خرائط طريق قابلة للتنفيذ.
  • دفع نمو فريق Finance Reinvention Partner من خلال تعزيز العلاقات مع المدراء الماليين وكبار المسؤولين الماليين، وتطوير المواهب المتميزة، وصياغة وتنفيذ فرص تطوير الأعمال.
  • العمل كمستشار موثوق للمدراء الماليين والمديرين التنفيذيين، وتقديم خبرة عميقة في التحول المالي لحل التحديات التجارية المعقدة وصياغة استراتيجيات التحول طويلة الأمد.
  • مساعدة العملاء على إطلاق قيمة تجارية أكبر من خلال تحويل بيانات المالية والتحليلات والتخطيط وإدارة الأداء والتقارير لتمكين اتخاذ قرارات أفضل ودعم التحول الرقمي على مستوى المؤسسة.
  • تصميم عمليات مالية مستقبلية عبر RTR وPTP وOTC تستخدم Generative AI وAgentic AI والأتمتة الذكية والتحليلات التنبؤية لتبسيط العمليات وتعزيز اتخاذ القرار وتحويل العمليات المالية الشاملة.
  • تصميم عمليات ERP رائدة (SAP / Oracle) باستخدام التصميم الوظيفي والتنسيق مع فرق التقنية وشركاء النظام البيئي.
  • قيادة دورة حياة كاملة لمشاريع العملاء بدءًا من صياغة الفرص وتطوير العروض وصولاً إلى التنفيذ، مع إدارة اقتصاديات المشروع ومخاطر الارتباط وعلاقات أصحاب المصلحة التنفيذيين ورضا العملاء.
  • تطوير وتوجيه وإلهام فرق استشارية عالية الأداء مع تعزيز ثقافة التعاون والابتكار والتعلم المستمر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • أكثر من 15 عامًا من الخبرة في الاستشارات والتحول المالي.
  • معرفة عميقة بعمليات المالية والمحاسبة (F&A) والتحول عبر Oracle.
  • خبرة قوية في برامج التحول الشامل لمنصة المالية (ERP)، تشمل تقييم ERP وتطوير حالة القيمة، والتصميم الوظيفي (بما في ذلك Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials - GL, AP, AR أو Oracle EPM Cloud - FCCS, ARCS)، وتصميم النموذج التشغيلي المستهدف ودور المالية.

  • مهارات قيادية قوية، اتصال، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
  • درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة (يفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال أو دراسات عليا).
  • مؤهلات مالية مهنية (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) مفضلة بشدة.
  • شهادات Oracle تعتبر ميزة قوية.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead finance transformation engagements by helping clients modernize their finance functions, define strategic objectives, prioritize initiatives, and develop actionable transformation roadmaps.
  • Drive the growth of our Finance Reinvention Partner team by strengthening relationships with CFOs and senior finance personnel, developing top talent, and shaping/delivering business development opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, bringing deep finance transformation expertise to solve complex business challenges and shape long-term transformation strategies.
  • Help clients unlock greater business value by transforming finance data, analytics, planning, performance management, and reporting capabilities to enable better decision-making and support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
  • Design future-state finance processes across RTR, PTP and OTC that harness generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and transform end-to-end finance processes.
  • Design leading practice ERP processes (SAP / Oracle) using the functional design and liase with our technology teams and ecosystem partners
  • Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, from opportunity shaping and proposal development through delivery, while managing project economics, engagement risk, executive stakeholder relationships, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • 15+ years of experience in consulting and Finance Transformation
  • Deep knowledge of Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes and Oracle-enabled transformation
  • Strong experience in end to end Finance Platform transformation programs, including:
  • ERP Assessment and Value case development
  • Functional Design (including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials - GL, AP, and AR or Oracle EPM Cloud - FCCS and ARCS)
  • Target operating model and Finance role design implications
  • Experience in AI led process digitization (Process mining, Gen AI and Agentic AI design and deployment)
  • Proven ability to engage and influence CFOs and C-level stakeholders in large organizations
  • Experience in collaborating across service lines (e.g., Technology Strategy, Systems Implementation and Application Management Services teams to support end to end transformation objectives
  • Experience managing medium to large teams (6-16 resources) and practice development
  • Experience in shaping and leading proposal development to support business development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
  • Professional Finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is highly preferred
  • Oracle certifications are a strong plus
