نبحث عن ممارس متمرس في التحول الأمني لقيادة تصميم وتنفيذ وتعزيز حلول الأمن المؤسسي عبر البنية التحتية والتطبيقات والسحابة والبيئات البياناتية. يجمع هذا الدور بين الخبرة التقنية والقدرات القيادية، مما يمكّن المؤسسات من تعزيز وضعها الأمني وإدارة المخاطر السيبرانية ودمج الأمن في مبادرات التحول التكنولوجي والأعمال. سيعمل المرشح الناجح كمستشار أمني موثوق، ويقود مسارات العمل الأمنية ويتعاون مع مجموعات متنوعة من أصحاب المصلحة لتقديم حلول آمنة ومرنة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ البنى والضوابط الأمنية عبر المنصات المؤسسية والبيئات السحابية والتطبيقات والنظم البياناتية.
- دفع مبادرات التحول الأمني من خلال دمج المتطلبات الأمنية طوال دورة حياة المشروع وحلول التسليم.
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر الأمنية ومراجعات البنية وتقييمات الضوابط بما يتوافق مع المعايير الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أمن المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- من 8 إلى 12 سنة خبرة في الأمن السيبراني أو أمن المعلومات أو إدارة مخاطر تقنية المعلومات أو التخصصات ذات الصلة.
- ما لا يقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة في قيادة المبادرات الأمنية أو إدارة مسارات العمل الأمنية أو الإشراف على الفرق الأمنية.

Additional Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of security architectures and controls across enterprise platforms, cloud environments, applications, and data ecosystems.
Drive security transformation initiatives by integrating security requirements throughout the project and solution delivery lifecycle.
Conduct security risk assessments, architecture reviews, and control evaluations aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Support security solution planning, estimation activities, and security-related business development initiatives.
Serve as a Security Subject Matter Expert, independently owning complex security deliverables and leading security workstreams.
Perform and oversee security risk assessments, threat modeling exercises, and security control gap analyses.
Lead security administration and data protection initiatives, including identity and access management concepts, privileged access management, encryption, and data security strategies.
Guide application security practices, including secure software development lifecycle integration, vulnerability remediation, and DevSecOps adoption.
Plan and oversee security testing activities, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing coordination, and remediation management.

Experience
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8 to 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience leading security initiatives, managing security workstreams, or supervising security teams.
Proven experience delivering enterprise security architecture, security transformation programs, or large-scale security implementation projects.
Hands-on experience performing security risk assessments, security testing, threat modeling, and security control design.
Experience supporting cloud, application, and data security initiatives within enterprise environments.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Security Administration.
Advanced knowledge of Security Risk Assessment methodologies and frameworks.
Strong experience in Security Testing and Vulnerability Management.
Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
Experience applying frameworks and standards including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and OWASP.
Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and privileged access management concepts.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently while leading small to medium-sized teams.
Experience communicating security risks and recommendations to leadership audiences.
Preferred
Experience with Data Security technologies, including encryption, data classification, and data loss prevention.
Experience with Application Security and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
Knowledge of Cloud Security architectures and modern security platforms.
Experience supporting security transformation and modernization initiatives.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud-native security controls, and security automation.
