انضم إلى WSP في الشرق الأوسط كمهندس MEP في مشاريع بمكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف والمراقبة والتفتيش على أعمال MEP في الموقع لضمان الامتثال للتصميم والمواصفات والمعايير.
  • التنسيق اليومي مع المقاول والمقاولين من الباطن والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى.
  • مراجعة رسومات MEP وطرق التنفيذ والرسومات التنفيذية ومواد التقديم.
  • ضمان توافق جميع تركيبات MEP مع معايير الجودة ومتطلبات العميل.
  • دعم تقدم البناء من خلال تحديد المشكلات المحتملة واقتراح الحلول.
  • الإشراف على اختبار وتشغيل وتسليم أنظمة MEP.
  • إعداد تقارير التفتيش الميداني والسجلات اليومية وتحديثات التقدم.
  • ضمان سلامة الموقع والالتزام باللوائح وتنفيذ إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق مع العميل والمقاول وفريق المشروع.
  • ضمان التكامل السليم لأعمال MEP مع الهياكل المدنية والبحرية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 10 إلى 12 عامًا مع تعرض قوي لمشاريع البنية التحتية البحرية أو الموانئ (موانئ، مرافئ، مرافق ساحلية، مرافق بحرية).
  • التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) إلزامي.
  • فهم شامل لتركيبات أنظمة MEP في البيئات البحرية.
  • معرفة قوية بالمعايير والكودات الدولية والسعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتقارير والتنسيق.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة مشاريع سريعة الخطى مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Job Description

  • Supervise, monitor, and inspect MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate daily with the contractor, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Review MEP drawings, method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
  • Ensure all MEP installations align with project quality standards and client requirements.
  • Support construction progress by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
  • Prepare site inspection reports, daily logs, and progress updates.
  • Ensure site safety, adherence to regulations, and implementation of HSE procedures.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with the client, contractor, and project team.
  • Ensure MEP works integrate properly with civil and marine structures.


Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • 10-12 years of experience, with strong exposure to maritime or marine infrastructure projects (ports, harbors, coastal facilities, marine utilities).
  • SCE Registration is mandatory.
  • Thorough understanding of MEP systems installation in marine environments.
  • Strong knowledge of international and KSA codes/standards.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multidisciplinary teams.
