يسعى متجر The Brick إلى توسيع فريق النقل لديه ويبحث عن سائق توصيل أثاث وأجهزة منزلية للعمل في المنطقة الشرقية، الصرار، السعودية. هذه الوظيفة تتطلب شخصاً يحب العمل الجسدي ويتعامل مع العملاء بتركيز عالٍ ولديه رخصة قيادة كلاس 5 وخبرة في قيادة شاحنة 5 أطنان.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص المنتجات وتحميلها
- إجراء فحص ما قبل الرحلة للمركبة
- رفع المنتجات وحملها إلى منازل العملاء دون إحداث أي تلف، وتجميعها حسب الحاجة
- تقديم خدمة العملاء داخل المنزل بما في ذلك تحصيل المدفوعات
- توثيق حالة التوصيل
- تسجيل المعلومات مثل عدد الأميال وتكاليف الوقود وأي مشاكل تُواجه
- إتمام تسليم السائق بما في ذلك المحاسبة الصحيحة للبضائع وإصدار الفواتير
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في التوصيل (تُعتبر ميزة إضافية)
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (كلاس 5 فقط مطلوبة، رخصة المتخرج غير كافية)
- كشف سجل القيادة الحالي
- القدرة على رفع وحمل بضائع ثقيلة تزيد عن 50 رطلاً بشكل منتظم
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (ميزة إضافية وليست إلزامية)
- التوجه نحو خدمة العملاء
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم والتواصل
- المرونة للعمل بنظام المناوبات بما في ذلك المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة
- اجتياز فحص الخلفية الجنائية الذي يجريه متجر The Brick

Responsibilities
- Inspect and load product
- Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle
- Lift and carry products into customers’ homes with no damages, and assemble as required
- Perform in-home customer service including customer settlements
- Document delivery status
- Record information such as mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered
- Complete driver check-in, including proper accounting of merchandise and invoicing
- Delivery experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license (class 5 only is needed) ~ Graduated is NOT sufficient
- Current Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis
- High school diploma or equivalent would be an asset but not mandatory
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
