نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نؤمن بأن وضع العميل في المقام الأول هو الأساس. نحن بحاجة إلى أشخاص متحمسين يمتلكون موقفاً يركز على العملاء. ستعمل تحت إشراف مدير العمليات. الروح الجماعية والرغبة في النمو المهني يضمنان تجربة مجزية في أحد مواقع البيع بالتجزئة المميزة لدينا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء وتقديم الحلول بطريقة مهنية ولائقة.
- متابعة العملاء لتحديد ودعم احتياجاتهم.
- تعزيز ولاء العملاء من خلال تقديم دعم استثنائي.
- مراجعة ومتابعة تقارير الطلبات يومياً.
- مهام أخرى حسب التكليف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- التركيز القوي على خدمة العملاء.
- روح العمل الجماعي.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- مهارات اتصال استثنائية كتابية وشفوية.
- قدرة مثبتة على تعدد المهام والحفاظ على التنظيم.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office.
- المرونة للعمل في جميع المناوبات بما في ذلك المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
- Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
- Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong customer service focus
- Team oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
