مطلوب لحام (Welder) للعمل في شركة GE Vernova بالدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، لدعم عمليات اللحام والدمج والإصلاح لمكونات التوربينات الغازية وفقاً لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى اللحام مسؤولية تنفيذ عمليات اللحام والدمج والإصلاح لمكونات التوربينات الغازية وفقاً لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومواصفات العمليات والمتطلبات الهندسية ومعايير الجودة، مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والدقة والاتساق لدعم أهداف الإنتاج والإصلاح والتشغيل العامة. يُتوقع أيضاً إظهار سلوكيات Lean قوية، ودعم حل المشكلات، والمحافظة على معايير 5S، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز السلامة والجودة والتسليم والإنتاجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ عمليات اللحام وفقاً لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومواصفات العمليات والمتطلبات الهندسية.
  • تجهيز القطع والأسطح ومعدات اللحام لضمان الإعداد السليم وتنفيذ العملية.
  • قراءة وتفسير تعليمات العمل وإجراءات اللحام والوثائق الفنية والرسومات الهندسية.
  • إعداد وتشغيل ومراقبة معدات اللحام بأمان وفعالية.
  • فحص القطع قبل وأثناء وبعد اللحام للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات الجودة.
  • تسجيل البيانات الدقيقة للعملية والإنتاج والحفاظ عليها عند الحاجة.
  • تحديد عيوب اللحام أو الحالات غير المطابقة أو الشذوذ في العملية ورفع المخاوف حسب الحاجة.
  • دعم أنشطة الإصلاح وإعادة العمل وفقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة.
  • الالتزام بالعمل القياسي وجداول العمل الموحدة لضمان الاتساق والجودة والسلامة وكفاءة تدفق الخط.
  • المحافظة على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقاً لمعايير 5S.
  • تطبيق مبادئ Lean في الأنشطة اليومية، وتحديد فرص التحسين في السلامة والجودة وزمن الدورة والتدفق وتقليل الهدر.
  • دعم تحسينات العمل القياسي وتنظيم الخط والإدارة البصرية والانضباط الإجرائي لتعزيز تنفيذ Lean.
  • العمل ضمن زمن المهام (takt time) وتوقعات تدفق العملية القياسي لدعم أهداف الإنتاج.
  • استخدام أنظمة واجهات أرضية المصنع مثل ELM وSmartShop وMyAndon حسب الحاجة.
  • الامتثال لسياسات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات المطبقة والعمل القياسي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

المؤهلات المطلوبة: دبلوم أو شهادة كلية تقنية أو شهادة لحام أو خبرة عملية معادلة، بالإضافة إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة في اللحام أو اللحام الإصلاحي أو عمليات التصنيع الصناعية ذات الصلة. الخصائص المرغوب فيها: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في لحام مكونات التوربينات الغازية أو قطع الطيران/الصناعية الدقيقة الأخرى.

Job Description Summary

The Welder is responsible for supporting welding, blending and repair operations on gas turbine components in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, engineering requirements, and quality standards. This role ensures welding activities are performed safely, accurately, and consistently to support production, repair, and overall operational goals.

Job Description

In addition to executing welding processes with a high level of skill and workmanship, this role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across the line. The Welder plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform welding operations in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, and engineering requirements.

  • Prepare parts, surfaces, and welding equipment to ensure proper setup and process execution.

  • Read and interpret work instructions, welding procedures, technical documentation, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate welding operations.

  • Set up, operate, and monitor welding equipment safely and effectively.

  • Inspect parts before, during, and after welding to ensure conformance to quality requirements.

  • Record and maintain accurate process and production data as required.

  • Identify welding defects, nonconforming conditions, or process abnormalities and escalate concerns as needed.

  • Support repair and rework activities in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards.

  • Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cycle time, flow, and waste reduction.

  • Support improvements in standard work, line organization, visual management, and process discipline to strengthen overall Lean implementation.

  • Work within takt time and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.

  • Use shop floor systems and interfaces such as ELM, SmartShop, and MyAndon as required.

  • Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma, technical college degree, welding certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in welding, repair welding, or related industrial manufacturing operations.

Desired Characteristics

  • Min 2 years’ experience in welding gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.
