About the company

We are hiring for an established cleaning and pest control company in Al Khobar. The company serves homes, compounds and businesses across the Eastern Province, including Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail, Qatif and Al Ahsa.

About the role

You will be the first voice customers hear. Your job is to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings and to follow up with warm leads until they become customers.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls and messages about deep cleaning, pest control, upholstery cleaning, water tank cleaning and AC cleaning
• Make outbound follow-up calls on quotations, website leads and past customers
• Explain services and pricing clearly, handle objections, and close bookings
• Schedule jobs and keep every lead and call updated in the CRM (Zoho)
• Follow up after service for feedback, repeat bookings and referrals
• Meet daily call targets and monthly conversion targets

What we are looking for

• 1+ year of experience in call center, telesales or customer service sales
• Experience in cleaning, pest control, facility management, maintenance or hospitality services is a strong plus
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia (expat candidates are welcome; a transferable Iqama is preferred)
• Confident on the phone, organised, and comfortable working toward targets
• Experience with a CRM system; Zoho CRM is a plus
