الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية أو دبلوم في تربية فنية أو فنون جميلة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة في تدريس الفنون في بيئة مدرسية، ويفضل أن تكون في المراحل الابتدائية أو الثانوية
- القدرة على إدارة الفصول الدراسية بفعالية ودعم احتياجات التعلم المتنوعة
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية مع نهج تعاوني للعمل مع الزملاء والأسر
- الالتزام بالتطوير المهني المستمر والتدريس المستجيب ثقافياً
