Role Description The Outpatient Clinics Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Masar’s outpatient services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This full-time, on-site role in Jeddah includes managing clinic schedules, supervising staff, coordinating multidisciplinary treatment plans, and monitoring service delivery to meet clinical and organizational standards. The manager will handle resource allocation, support adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, and optimize workflows to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with medical and administrative teams, addressing patient and family concerns, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the outpatient clinics.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or a related healthcare/administrative field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in outpatient clinic management or as a Clinic Manager in a hospital or healthcare facility.

3. Experience in managing clinic operations and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

4. Experience in developing performance improvement plans, enhancing operational efficiency, and maximizing healthcare service utilization.

5. Experience in managing teams and coordinating between medical and administrative departments.

6. Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and accreditation requirements is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee outpatient clinics operations, ensuring efficient daily workflow and high-quality healthcare services.

2. Develop operational and improvement plans for clinics and monitor their implementation to achieve the center’s objectives.

3. Monitor clinic performance, analyze operational and financial results, and identify areas for improvement.

4. Develop plans to increase revenue and grow services for each clinic in coordination with relevant departments.

5. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as clinic utilization rate, number of visits, patient satisfaction, patient retention, and revenue performance.

6. Develop strategies to improve patient retention and reduce treatment discontinuation rates.

7. Manage referral pathways between treatment services and ensure an efficient patient journey across clinics and treatment programs.

8. Monitor patient experience, analyze feedback and complaints, and develop improvement plans.

9. Prepare periodic operational reports and submit recommendations to executive management.

10. Lead continuous improvement and development initiatives for outpatient clinics in alignment with healthcare quality and accreditation standards.

11. Manage clinic capacity and scheduling to optimize appointment availability, improve resource utilization, and reduce appointment gaps and no-show rates.

12. Analyze market needs and support the development of new clinics, services, and treatment programs to enhance growth opportunities.

13. Develop and improve the patient journey from initial contact, appointment scheduling, clinical visits, follow-up, and referral to other services.

14. Monitor clinic financial performance, including operational costs, revenue performance, and opportunities to improve efficiency.

15. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, quality standards, and patient safety requirements.

16. Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to improve patient acquisition, referral sources, and service utilization.
