Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
• Source qualified healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, agencies, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and medical departments.
• Manage offers, pre-employment requirements, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure new employees complete all required documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and employee records.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment reporting.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate and onboarding experience.

Requirements

✅ Saudi National
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ 2-3 years of recruitment experience within the healthcare sector.
✅ Experience recruiting healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
✅ Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
