Boutique Supervisor - Luxury Watches & Jewelry 📍 Makkah, Saudi Arabia or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | On-site

About the opportunity:

Our client is a leading name in the luxury watches and jewelry sector is expanding its retail presence in Jeddah with the opening of several new boutiques. We are looking for passionate, client-focused Boutique Supervisors to help lead these openings and deliver a world-class luxury retail experience.

The role As Boutique Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day running of the boutique - guiding and motivating the sales team, ensuring exceptional standards of client service, and driving the boutique's commercial performance. You will be a brand ambassador on the floor, building lasting relationships with clients while supporting your team to meet and exceed sales targets. This role reports into the retail function.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Uphold the brand's luxury standards in service, presentation, and visual merchandising
• Drive boutique sales performance and support the achievement of commercial targets
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalized service
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, reporting, and boutique standards
• Support the successful opening and establishment of the new boutique

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium retail)
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or people-management capacity
• A genuine passion for luxury, client service, and building relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
• Based in Mecca or able to work on-site there
