About the job:

Our client is a leading luxury retailer in Saudi Arabia, representing some of the world’s most prestigious watch and jewelry brands. They are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology initiatives across its retail operations. This is a managerial-level role for a hands-on leader with strong retail experience and a proven track record implementing enterprise software solution.

The IT Manager will oversee digital transformation initiatives and key platforms, including CRM and e-commerce, while ensuring that technology supports business growth and delivers a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of IT initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Manage enterprise software implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing support.
• Oversee CRM and e-commerce platforms, ensuring they meet business and customer needs.
• Drive digital transformation across retail operations and customer-facing services.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and integrated with relevant business processes.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training for new systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an IT Manager or comparable managerial role.
• Strong experience in the retail sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and the technology that supports them.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team-management skills.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

This role is suited to a managerial-level candidate who combines hands-on delivery experience with the ability to lead cross-functional technology initiatives.
