تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لوظيفة Technical Manager Landscape (مدير فني - تنسيق المواقع). ستعمل ضمن فريق يقدم الخدمات الاستشارية الهندسية على مشاريع تطويرية كبرى، وتتولى القيادة الفنية وإدارة التنسيق متعدد التخصصات لمشاريع هندسة المناظر الطبيعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التوجيه الفني وتسليم مشاريع هندسة المناظر الطبيعية عبر جميع مراحل التصميم، من المفهوم إلى وثائق التعاقد النهائية.
- العمل كقائد التخصص المسؤول عن الجودة الفنية والامتثال واتساق التصميم ومعايير تسليم المشروع.
- إدارة والإشراف على كبار مهندسي المناظر الطبيعية والمهندسين ومنسقي BIM وفرق الإنتاج الفني.
- وضع استراتيجيات تنفيذ المشروع وبروتوكولات فنية وخطط تسليم خاصة بالتخصص.
- إجراء مراجعات فنية مفصلة للرسومات والمواصفات وجداول الكميات والتقارير ونماذج BIM وحِزم التصميم قبل التقديم.
- قيادة التنسيق متعدد التخصصات مع فرق الهندسة المعمارية والتصميم الحضري والتخطيط الرئيسي والميكانيكي والكهربائي والإنشائي والبنية التحتية والهندسة الرقمية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الجهات المحلية والمعايير الدولية ومتطلبات الاستدامة وإرشادات تصميم العميل.
- الإشراف على عمليات ضمان ومراقبة الجودة وضمان تلبية جميع المخرجات لمعايير بارسونز الفنية.
- تحديد المخاطر الفنية وثغرات التصميم ومشكلات قابلية التنفيذ وتعقيدات التنسيق، وتنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف.
- دعم مدراء المشاريع في تخطيط الموارد والميزانية والتوظيف والتنبؤ بالتسليم.
- قيادة ورش العمل الفنية ومراجعات التصميم وتمارين هندسة القيمة والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
- دفع تطبيق BIM وعمليات التسليم الرقمية وأدوات الأتمتة ومبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن تخصص المناظر الطبيعية.
- دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال ومراجعة العروض وتقديرات الرسوم والمدخلات الفنية للفرص الجديدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مجال هندسة المناظر الطبيعية، بما في ذلك مشاريع متعددة التخصصات واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في دور قيادي فني أو قائد تخصص أو إداري.
- خبرة قوية في تسليم مشاريع كبرى متعددة الاستخدامات (فنادق، سكنية، مناطق عامة، بنية تحتية، مخططات رئيسية مطورة).
- معرفة متقدمة بمنهجيات إنشاء الأسطح الصلبة والناعمة وأنظمة الري والتسوية وتطوير المواقع والبناء.
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة التصميم والمراجعات الفنية وإنتاج وثائق البناء.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة التنسيق متعدد التخصصات وحل الواجهات الفنية المعقدة.
- فهم عميق للوائح والمعايير في المملكة العربية السعودية ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومتطلبات تسليم المشاريع.
- خبرة عملية في تطبيق إجراءات ضمان ومراقبة الجودة وأطر الحوكمة الفنية.
- وعي تجاري قوي مع خبرة في دعم تخطيط الموارد وإدارة أداء المشروع.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع العملاء والقيادة والعرض التقديمي وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة الماجستير في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية أو التصميم الحضري أو مجال ذي صلة.
- اعتماد مهني (مُعتمد أو مسجل أو محترف) في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية.
- خبرة في قيادة التسليم الفني للمشاريع العملاقة والتطورات الحضرية الكبرى في دول الخليج.
- خبرة متقدمة في BIM والتسليم الرقمي، بما في ذلك Autodesk Construction Cloud وتنسيق النماذج متعددة التخصصات.
- معرفة بأطر الاستدامة والتصميم البيئي واستراتيجيات المناظر الطبيعية المرنة.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق التصميم الموزعة جغرافياً.
- قدرات قوية في الإرشاد وتطوير المواهب.
- القدرة على وضع معايير التخصص وإجراءات فنية وأفضل الممارسات عبر مشاريع متعددة.
- خبرة في دعم عمليات المطارحة والعروض الفنية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي للمشاريع.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Manager - Landscape to join our team! In this role, you will provide technical leadership and governance for landscape architecture projects, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, technical excellence, resource management, quality assurance, and delivery performance across complex and large-scale developments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the technical direction and delivery of landscape architecture projects across all design stages, from concept through IFC documentation.
- Act as the discipline lead responsible for technical quality, compliance, design consistency, and project delivery standards.
- Manage and supervise Senior Landscape Architects, Landscape Architects, BIM Coordinators, and technical production teams.
- Establish project execution strategies, technical protocols, and discipline-specific delivery plans.
- Conduct detailed technical reviews of drawings, specifications, BOQs, reports, BIM models, and design packages before submission.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination with Architecture, Urban Design, Master Planning, MEP, Structural, Infrastructure, and Digital Engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, international standards, sustainability requirements, and client design guidelines.
- Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure all deliverables meet Parsons' technical standards.
- Identify technical risks, design gaps, constructability issues, and coordination conflicts, implementing mitigation measures.
- Support project directors and project managers in resource planning, budgeting, staffing, and delivery forecasting.
- Lead technical workshops, design reviews, value engineering exercises, and client presentations.
- Drive BIM implementation, digital delivery processes, automation tools, and continuous improvement initiatives within the landscape discipline.
- Support business development activities, proposal reviews, fee estimates, and technical input for new opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, including large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical leadership, discipline lead, or management role.
- Strong experience delivering major mixed-use, hospitality, residential, public realm, infrastructure, and master planned developments.
- Advanced knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, grading, site development, and landscape construction methodologies.
- Extensive experience in design management, technical reviews, and construction documentation production.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary coordination and resolving complex technical interfaces.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian and GCC regulations, standards, and project delivery requirements.
- Demonstrated experience implementing QA/QC procedures and technical governance frameworks.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting resource planning and project performance management.
- Excellent client-facing, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
- Chartered, Registered, or Professional Landscape Architecture accreditation.
- Experience leading technical delivery for giga-projects and major urban developments in the GCC.
- Advanced BIM and Digital Delivery experience, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and multidisciplinary model coordination.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, environmental design, and resilient landscape strategies.
- Experience managing geographically distributed design teams.
- Strong mentoring and talent development capabilities.
- Ability to establish discipline standards, technical procedures, and best practices across multiple projects.
- Experience supporting pursuits, technical proposals, and strategic project planning.
