يسعى فريق GAC Group في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية) إلى تعيين أخصائي تسعير - مشاريع وشحنات غير مجمعة (Pricing Specialist - Project & Breakbulk) للمساهمة في تقديم حلول لوجستية تنافسية ومربحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتقديم عروض تجارية تنافسية ردًا على طلبات العروض والمناقصات والفرص التجارية الاستراتيجية.
- تطوير حلول لوجستية شاملة تشمل النقل الجوي والبحري والبري والعمليات المينائية.
- التفاوض على الأسعار والشروط التجارية مع خطوط الشحن وشركات النقل ومشغلي النقل الثقيل والمقاولين من الباطن.
- العمل على طلبات العروض والمناقصات والعروض الاستراتيجية للعملاء مع تقديم مقترحات تسعير مجدية تجاريًا.
- إجراء تحليل التكاليف لضمان الربحية ومراقبة الهوامش.
- التنسيق مع فرق العمليات لضمان أن الحلول المقدمة ممكنة تشغيليًا وفعالة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع شركات النقل والموزعين ومقدمي الخدمات.
- مراقبة وتحديث اتجاهات السوق وأسعار الشحن.
- صيانة قواعد بيانات التسعير.
- إعداد تقارير وتحليلات شهرية بناءً على الأعمال التي تم عرضها وتأمينها وخسارتها.
- ضمان الرد في الوقت المناسب على استفسارات العملاء وفقًا لمؤشرات الأداء المحددة والفرص التجارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، إدارة سلسلة التوريد، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. سيتم أيضًا النظر في الخبرة الصناعية المكافئة.
- خبرة في تسعير مشاريع الشحنات غير المجمعة والثقيلة (Project Cargo & Breakbulk).
- خبرة مثبتة في المملكة العربية السعودية مع معرفة واسعة بأسواق اللوجستيات المحلية والموانئ ولوائح النقل ومتطلبات المشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع شحنات النقل الثقيل وذات الحجم الزائد والصناعية.
- خبرة في دعم المناقصات وطلبات العروض وعروض العملاء المعقدة.
- خبرة في العمل مع مقاولي EPC ومشاريع في قطاعات الطاقة والنفط والغاز والبنية التحتية أو الصناعية.
- شبكة علاقات حالية من شركات النقل والموزعين ومقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض التجاري والتحليل.
- فهم جيد لشروط التجارة الدولية (Incoterms)، وثائق الشحن والنقل متعدد الوسائط.
- إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Microsoft Excel وأنظمة إدارة الشحن.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي باللغة الإنجليزية (تُعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع دعم فعال لفرق تطوير الأعمال وإدارة الحسابات الرئيسية.

What would your day at GAC look like?
If appointed, you will play a key role in competitive pricing and profitable logistics solutions for project cargo, breakbulk and heavy-lift shipments across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with customers, carriers and operations teams to help drive commercial growth through tailored transport solutions and effective cost management.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Prepare and submit competitive commercial proposals in response to RFQs, tenders and strategic business opportunities.
- Develop end-to-end logistics solutions covering air, sea, land and port operations.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms with shipping lines, transport providers, heavy lift operators and subcontractors.
- Work on RFQs, tenders and strategic customer bids with commercially viable pricing proposals.
- Conducting cost analysis to ensure profitability and margin control.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure offered solutions are operationally feasible and efficient.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, transport companies and service providers.
- Monitor and update market trends and freight rates.
- Maintain pricing databases.
- Prepare monthly reports and analysis based on quoted, secured and lost business.
- Ensuring timely responses to customer enquiries as per set KPI’s and business opportunities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
- Experience in pricing Project Cargo and Breakbulk logistics.
- Proven experience in Saudi Arabia, with extensive knowledge of local logistics markets, ports, transport regulations and project cargo requirements.
- Proven experience handling heavy-lift, oversized and industrial cargo shipments.
- Experience supporting tenders, RFQs and complex customer proposals.
- Experience working with EPC contractors and projects within the energy, oil & gas, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
- Existing network of carriers, transport companies and logistics service providers across Saudi Arabia.
- Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Incoterms, shipping documentation and multimodal transport.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and freight management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic will be considered an advantage).
- Ability to work independently while effectively supporting business development and key account teams.
