الاتصالات السعودية (stc) تعلن عن وظيفة محلل الصلاحيات التشغيلية (Operational Authorities Analyst) في المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية تطوير خطة إدارة الصلاحيات السنوية بالتنسيق مع فرق الصلاحيات في القطاعات، وضمان الالتزام بالخطط المتفق عليها ومستويات الخدمة (SLAs). يؤدي مهامه وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وصيانة منهجية الصلاحيات والمعايير وأسلوب الإصدار في stc.
  • تطوير خطة إدارة الصلاحيات السنوية بالتنسيق مع فرق الصلاحيات في القطاعات، وضمان الالتزام بالخطط المتفق عليها ومستويات الخدمة.
  • إدارة العملية الشاملة لتطوير جميع أنواع الصلاحيات في stc بالتنسيق الوثيق مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين فيما يخص الصلاحيات التشغيلية.
  • التنسيق مع حوكمة الشركات التابعة لتحديد حقوق اتخاذ القرار في المجموعة ودعم مبادرات التوافق الجماعي.
  • تحديد جميع احتياجات الإصدار (رقمية، توعوية) والتنسيق مع فرق الصلاحيات في القطاعات وحوكمة التوثيق للحصول على الدعم اللازم.
  • صيانة وضمان نشر جميع صلاحيات stc المتعلقة بالصلاحيات التشغيلية عبر بوابة الحوكمة.
  • تطوير وصيانة لوحة مؤشرات الصلاحيات التشغيلية، وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة.
  • قيادة جميع مبادرات التوعية بالصلاحيات ومتابعة فرق الصلاحيات في القطاعات فيما يخص أنشطة الإصدار والتوعية.
  • أداء المهام والمسؤوليات الأخرى ذات الصلة حسب توجيهات المدير المباشر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في مجال إدارة الصلاحيات في قطاع الاتصالات.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو القانون.
  • شهادات مهنية ذات صلة (إن وجدت).
  • معرفة بلوائح الاتصالات والبيئة التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • معرفة بممارسات الحوكمة والسياسات وإدارة الصلاحيات والمعايير.

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for developing the annual  Authorities management plan in coordination with the sectors’  Authorities teams, and ensure adherence to the agreed plans & SLAs. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

 

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain stc’s authorities methodology, standards and enactment approach.
  • Develop the annual authorities management plan in coordination with the sectors’ authorities teams, and ensure adherence to the agreed plans & SLAs.
  • Manage end to end the process of developing all stc types of Authorities, in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders in regards to Operational
  • Authorities
  • Coordinate with subsidiaries governance to identify the group decision rights, and support the group alignment initiatives.
  • Identify all enactment needs (Digital, Awareness) and coordinate with the sectors’ authorities teams & Documentation Governance for the needed support.
  • Maintain and ensure the publication of all stc authorities related to Operational Authorities through the Governance Portal
  • Develop and maintain a Operational Authorities Dashboard, and provide periodic reports to the management.
  • Lead all authorities awareness initiatives, and follow up with sectors’ authorities team for their specific enactment and & awareness activities.
  • Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager
