مدارس رواد الخليج الدولية (RAIS) تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مشرف الروبوتات وتعليم الموهوبين، للعمل بدوام كامل في موقعها بالرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تخطيط وتنفيذ وتقييم برامج الروبوتات ومبادرات تعليم الموهوبين في المدرسة.
- تصميم وتنسيق المناهج المتخصصة في مجال الروبوتات والموهوبين.
- دعم المعلمين في تخطيط الدروس وتنظيم الأنشطة الصفية.
- تنظيم أندية الروبوتات والمسابقات والأنشطة الإثرائية للطلاب الموهوبين.
- التعاون مع القيادة المدرسية لمواءمة البرامج مع المعايير التعليمية.
- مراقبة تقدم الطلاب وتقديم التوجيه والتدريب للموظفين حول أفضل الممارسات في تعليم الموهوبين و STEM.
- التواصل مع أولياء الأمور وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
- ضمان أن جميع الأنشطة تساهم في بيئة تعليمية آمنة وشاملة ومحفزة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم أو تكنولوجيا التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الدرجات العليا تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع الطلاب الموهوبين واستراتيجيات التعليم المتمايز.
- خبرة في العمل مع منصات الروبوتات أو البرمجة أو مختبرات STEM (ميزة قوية).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني وإدارة مشاريع متعددة والتكيف مع بيئة مدرسية ديناميكية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية وإدارة تعليمية مثبتة في سياق مدرسي أو برامجي.
- قدرات قوية في تخطيط الدروس وتنظيم الفصول الدراسية للروبوتات وتعليم الموهوبين.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة للتنسيق مع الطلاب والأسر والموظفين متعددي التخصصات.
- خلفية في التعليم وتطوير المناهج، خاصة في برامج STEM والإثراء.

- Background in Education and Curriculum Development, particularly in STEM and enrichment programs.
- Experience with robotics platforms, coding, or STEM labs is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience working with gifted students and differentiated instruction strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
