تعلن شركة Mammoet عن توفر وظيفة مشرف مبيعات لمشاريع الرفع الثقيل والنقل (Sales Administrator) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن شخص متعاون وماهر في حل التحديات لضمان تقديم أفضل خدمة للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بيع خدمات وخبرات Mammoet ضمن منطقة جغرافية محددة
- الحفاظ على علاقات ممتازة مع العملاء
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال إدارة قوية للحسابات وتطوير الأعمال
- حل مشكلات العملاء وفقاً للعقد والمعايير الداخلية
- المساهمة في ربحية عمليات Mammoet
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة متقدمة في أنظمة المبيعات
- خبرة مهنية في عمليات ومعدات الرفع الثقيل والنقل (HLT) وممارسات إدارة العقود وإدارة المناقصات
- إجادة تامة للغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة
- خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل، ويفضل في أي من القطاعات التالية: الهندسة المدنية، التشييد، الطاقة المتجددة، النفط والغاز، البحري، الموانئ، والتعدين
- سنتان إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص تجاري أو تقني

Are you a people person who thrives on helping to solve challenges? Our sales teams are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best possible Mammoet service, maintaining strong relationships and quickly identifying how we can best meet their needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling Mammoet’s services and expertise within a designated geographical territory
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Meeting sales targets through strong account management and business development
- Troubleshooting customer problems in line with the contract and internal standards
- Contributing to the profitability of Mammoet’s operations
- Advanced experience in sales systems. Professional level experience in HLT operations and equipment, contract management practices and tender management.
- Arabic/English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or technical discipline
