فقيه للرعاية الصحية تبحث عن فني/أخصائي أشعة سينية وموجات فوق صوتية - كبير، في الرياض. الهدف من الوظيفة: إجراء الأشعة السينية التقليدية ومساعدة أخصائي الأشعة في الإجراءات الخاصة والتداخلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء فحوصات الأشعة السينية الروتينية وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات القسم.
  • المساعدة في إجراء الإجراءات الإشعاعية المتخصصة تحت إشراف الموظفين الأكبر سناً.
  • المسؤولية عن التعرف الصحيح على المريض وموقع التعرض قبل كل فحص.
  • المسؤولية عن التذكير النهائي للمريضات أو المرافقات بإمكانية الحمل أو عدمه.
  • إزالة جميع المواد المعتمة للإشعاع من المريض أو الطاولة التي قد تتداخل مع الصورة الإشعاعية.
  • التحقق من دقة تعريف الفيلم.
  • اتباع تقنية التعقيم قبل إجراء الإجراءات.
  • تحضير عامل التباين للإعطاء.
  • توثيق المعلومات المطلوبة في سجل المرضى.
  • تقييم الصور الإشعاعية للتأكد من جودتها التشخيصية.
  • تحضير وضبط وحدة الأشعة والملحقات.
  • تقييم الحاجة لاستخدام الدرع الواقي واتخاذ الاحتياطات المناسبة لتقليل التعرض للإشعاع للمرضى والزوار والموظفين.
  • فحص جميع الأجهزة الخاضعة لسيطرته يومياً بانتظام وضمان نظافتها وجاهزيتها في جميع الأوقات، وإبلاغ مدير الأشعة بأي قصور.
  • عدم إعطاء رأي طبي تشخيصي لأي شخص حول الفحوصات التي أجراها أو ساعد في إجرائها.
  • المشاركة في برامج التوجيه والتعليم المستمر داخل القسم.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية عند الاقتضاء.
  • أداء مهام أخرى حسب التكليف ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
  • المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي بشكل استباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.
  • الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه، والمشاركة في التوعية والمبادرات لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
  • الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك وسياسات فقيه والمعايير الأخلاقية.
  • إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحصول على دبلوم أو بكالوريوس مناسب في تقنية الأشعة / تكنولوجيا الأشعة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بعد الدبلوم في الممارسة الإشعاعية الجيدة المستمرة.
  • ترخيص مزاولة المهنة من الجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية مثل (الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع الأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين والمرضى وعائلاتهم.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة. معرفة اللغة العربية مفضلة.

Description

Job Purpose:

To perform conventional x-rays, assist radiologist in doing special and interventional procedures

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Carries out routine radiographic examinations in line with the policies and procedures of the department.
  • Assists in carrying out specialized radiologic procedures under the supervision of senior staff.
  • Responsible for correct identification of patients and site of exposure before each examination.
  • Responsible for final reminder of female patients or female companion for the possibility of being pregnant or not.
  • Removes all radio-opaque materials from patient or table that could interfere with radiographic image.
  • Verifies accuracy of film identification.
  • Do aseptic technique before doing procedures.
  • Prepares contrast agent for administration.
  • Documents required information on patient log book.
  • Evaluates radiographs for diagnostic quality.
  • Prepares and adjusts radiographic unit and accessories.
  • Evaluates the need for use protective shielding and take appropriate precautions to minimize radiation exposure to patients and visitors & staff.
  • Inspects all equipment’s under his or her control on a regular daily basis and ensures that the equipment is kept clean and ready at all times. Reports all deficiencies to Radiology Manager.
  • Never give medical diagnostic opinion to anybody about examinations which he or she may have carried out or assisted in carrying out.
  • Participates in orientation and in-service educational program of the department.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

Requirements

Skills And Abilities

Able to clearly communicate with physicians, non-medical staff, patients and their families.

Experience

Must be in continuous good radiological practice and should hold at least 2 years’ post-diploma experience

Education

Must hold an appropriate radiographic/technological diplomas / Bachelor degree

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA),
