تعلن شركة Halsco عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي موارد بشرية (Human Resources Specialist) للعمل بشكل كامل وموقعي في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك إجراءات تعيين الموظفين الجدد وإنهاء خدماتهم.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين ودعم عمليات إدارة الأداء.
- تطبيق سياسات الموارد البشرية والتنسيق لمزايا الموظفين وضمان الامتثال للوائح العمل المحلية.
- الرد على استفسارات الموظفين والمساعدة في أنشطة التوظيف والاختيار.
- إعداد الوثائق المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية ودعم المبادرات التي تعزز المشاركة والاحتفاظ بالموظفين.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الإدارة وفرق المشاريع لتلبية الاحتياجات الوظيفية وتقديم دعم موار بشرية في الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الشهادات المهنية في الموارد البشرية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة قوية بقوانين العمل السعودية وأفضل ممارسات الموارد البشرية، ويفضل في قطاعات الإنشاءات أو المقاولات أو الخدمات.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في الرياض، والتعاون مع فرق متنوعة، وإدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة عمل سريعة الخطى.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات في Human Resources و HR Management للتعامل مع العمليات اليومية والأنشطة الإستراتيجية للموارد البشرية.
- مهارات في HR Policies و Employee Benefits لتطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة أطر موارد بشرية واضحة ومتوافقة.
- مهارات في Personnel Management للحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ودعم علاقات الموظفين وتنسيق تخطيط القوى العاملة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين والتنظيم، مع القدرة على إدارة المعلومات السرية بمسؤولية.

Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The specialist will administer HR policies, coordinate employee benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, assisting with recruitment and selection, preparing HR documentation, and supporting HR initiatives that promote engagement and retention. The role involves close collaboration with management and project teams to address staffing needs and provide timely HR support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to handle daily HR operations and strategic HR activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits to develop, implement, and administer compliant and clear HR frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management to maintain accurate records, support employee relations, and coordinate workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices, preferably within construction, contracting, or services industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
