نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستكون حلقة الوصل الأولى مع العملاء في صالة العرض، حيث ستقدم خدمة استثنائية ومعرفة متعمقة بالمنتجات لمساعدتهم على اتخاذ قرارات شراء مدروسة. ستقوم بعرض مجموعة متنوعة من المنتجات، وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء، والمساهمة في نجاح فريق المبيعات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال ومساعدة العملاء بطريقة ودية ومهنية عند دخولهم صالة العرض
- تقديم معلومات مفصلة عن المنتجات تشمل الميزات والفوائد والأسعار
- شرح وظائف المنتجات والإجابة على أي استفسارات من العملاء
- إدارة استفسارات العملاء وحل أي مشاكل لضمان تجربة تسوق إيجابية
- تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات من خلال الترويج الفعال للمنتجات والخدمات
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم صالة العرض وضمان جاذبية وامتلاء العروض
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لتطوير استراتيجيات ترويجية وتعظيم فرص المبيعات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ التعليم الإضافي في مجال المبيعات أو التجزئة يعتبر ميزة إضافية
- خبرة سابقة في مبيعات التجزئة أو بيئات صالات العرض مفضلة
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل

- Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Demonstrate product functionalities and answer any questions customers may have
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services
- Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and organization, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and maximize sales opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or showroom environments is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer engagement
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
