تقدم شركة لوسيد فرصة للانضمام إليها كمهندس اختبار أول - داينوميتر في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث ستتولى مسؤولية عمليات اختبار الدينامومتر في منشأة AMP-2 الجديدة، بما في ذلك رسم خرائط الكفاءة والتحقق من الأداء والمتانة، والمشاركة في بناء البنية التحتية للدينامومتر من مرحلة التشغيل الأولي حتى الإنتاج الكامل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة عمليات محطات الدينامومتر وضمان جاهزيتها والامتثال للسلامة.
  • الإشراف على رسم خرائط الكفاءة عبر نطاق عزم الدوران والسرعة، وتنفيذ التحقق من الأداء في الحالة المستقرة والعابرة.
  • المسؤولية عن معايير مستشعرات عزم الدوران وعوامل التصحيح والارتباط، وضمان سلامة قياس السرعة والطاقة.
  • الإشراف على أجهزة القياس في خلايا الاختبار (درجة الحرارة، التيار، الجهد، الموضع) والحفاظ على المعايرة وإمكانية التتبع.
  • المسؤولية عن معايير اكتساب البيانات عالية السرعة (DAQ) والمعايرة واستراتيجيات أخذ العينات لضمان سلامة البيانات.
  • دعم نشر الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (TPM) عبر أعمدة الصيانة الذاتية، الصيانة المخططة، والتحسين المركّز، والمساهمة في تحسين الفعالية الإجمالية للمعدات وتقليل متوسط الوقت بين الأعطال/متوسط وقت الإصلاح.
  • فرض إجراءات السلامة للجهد العالي (HV LOTO، HVIL، معدات الوقاية الشخصية) والامتثال للمعايير المحلية والدولية (SASO، IEC 60204، ISO 13849).
  • دعم أنشطة الإطلاق الآمن لـ AMP-2 وجاهزية الإطلاق ومراجعات الطبقات وعمليات التأكيد، والمشاركة في جلسات QRQC/RCCA خلال مرحلة الإطلاق والتشغيل.
  • تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة التحكم في الدينامومتر ومحاكيات العاكس/البطارية والتبريد وتكييف الزيت، وتطوير تسلسلات الاختبار الآلية (بما في ذلك LabVIEW أو ما يعادله).
  • ربط نتائج عزم الدوران والسرعة والطاقة ودرجة الحرارة والجهد/التيار والكفاءة عبر الخلايا باستخدام وحدات مرجعية وتحليل عدم اليقين.
  • المشاركة في اختبارات القبول في المصنع والموقع (FAT/SAT) والتشغيل وقبول المعدات، والتحكم في تغييرات الإنتاج والعمليات والبرامج من خلال تقييم المخاطر والموافقات الموثقة.
  • حماية سلسلة تتبع المنتج وحالة أدوات المعايرة وسلامة الاختبار/القياس والتحكم في المستندات بما يتوافق مع IATF 16949.
  • بناء قدرات الكوادر السعودية من خلال التدريب العملي المنظم ومصفوفات المهارات والتدريب المشترك ونقل المعرفة الموثق، وإنشاء المعايير الفنية وأدلة استكشاف الأخطاء.
  • التعاون عبر أقسام الإنتاج والجودة والصيانة والأتمتة والروبوتات والهندسة التصنيعية والسلامة وتقنية المعلومات/تقنية التشغيل وسلسلة التوريد وهندسة المنتج والموردين.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عميقة في اختبارات الدينامومتر.
  • إتقان رسم خرائط الكفاءة والتحقق من الأداء.
  • خبرة في قياس عزم الدوران والسرعة والطاقة.
  • قدرة على تحليل البيانات.
  • تواصل فعال عبر الأقسام المختلفة.
  • إلمام بالمعايير الفنية، حل المشكلات المنظم، اتخاذ القرارات القائمة على المخاطر، والتوثيق المتحكم به.
  • محو الأمية البياناتية: تعريف مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، تحليل الاتجاهات، التحقق القائم على الأدلة، والتواصل الواضح مع الإدارة والعاملين.
  • التأثير عبر الأقسام، التنسيق مع الموردين، والتملك المنضبط في بيئة إطلاق جديدة.
  • التدريب، تقييم الكفاءات، ونقل المعرفة في بيئة متعددة الثقافات (إنجليزية/عربية).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية.
  • من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في هندسة اختبارات الدينامومتر (سيارات كهربائية أو سيارات).
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية مفضلة بقوة.
  • يفضل: خبرة في الإطلاق الأولي (Greenfield launch) ومعيار ISO 17025.
  • يفضل: خبرة مثبتة في التشغيل الأولي، اختبارات القبول في المصنع والموقع، الإطلاق، جاهزية الإنتاج، أو التصنيع عالي الحجم ضمن تخصص الدور.
  • يفضل: معرفة عملية بمعايير IATF 16949، APQP/التحكم في التغيير، سلامة الآلات/الجهد العالي، ومتطلبات التتبع ذات الصلة.
  • يفضل: القدرة على العمل في الموقع، المناوبات، عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، الإغلاقات، أو حالات الطوارئ عند الحاجة التشغيلية.
  • يفضل: شهادة تخصص معترف بها، Lean/Six Sigma، خبرة في إطلاق السيارات الكهربائية في منشأة جديدة وتطوير القوى العاملة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

Position Overview

The Sr Test Engineer, Dynamometer owns dynamometer test operations at AMP-2 -dynameter, efficiency mapping, and performance/durability validation. Joining a greenfield facility, this engineer builds dyno infrastructure from first commissioning through volume ramp to SOP. The role is accountable for dyno test integrity, correlation, and productivity. The role operates through disciplined change control, objective launch evidence, cross-functional problem solving.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Dyno Operations & Test Cycles

• Own dyno stations operations

• Maintain dyno stations readiness and safety compliance

Performance & Efficiency Mapping

• Own efficiency mapping across torque/speed operating envelope

• Execute steady-state and transient performance validation

Torque, Speed & Power Measurement

• Own torque transducer standards, correction factors, and correlation

• Ensure speed and power measurement integrity

Test Cell Instrumentation

• Own instrumentation for temperature, current, voltage, and position

• Maintain calibration and traceability of test cell instruments

High-Speed Data Acquisition

• Own DAQ standards, calibration, and sampling strategies

• Ensure data integrity for validation and analytics

TPM & Autonomous Maintenance Support

• Support TPM deployment across Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement pillars

• Contribute to equipment OEE improvement, MTBF/MTTR reduction, and predictive maintenance strategies

• Leverage MES, IIoT, and historian analytics to identify and eliminate losses

HV Safety & Compliance

• Enforce HV LOTO, HVIL continuity, and mandatory HV PPE for all work on or near EV Powertrain equipment

• Comply with SASO, Saudi MOL, IEC 60204, and functional safety standards (ISO 13849 / IEC 62061)

• Support HV emergency response including thermal runaway isolation and battery-related incident procedures

• Achieve and maintain HV safety competency appropriate to scope of work

Launch Governance & Ramp-Up

• Support AMP-2 Safe Launch activities, run-at-rate events, and capacity verification within scope

• Contribute to Launch Readiness Reviews, Layered Process Audits, and Process Confirmation routines

• Participate in QRQC / RCCA escalations during launch and ramp-up phases

Dynamometer Engineering & Test Integrity

• Commission and sustain dyno controls, inverter/battery simulators, cooling, oil conditioning, torque/speed measurement, DAQ, safety systems and facility interfaces.

• Develop automated test sequences and, where applicable, LabVIEW or equivalent softwares; manage recipes, configuration and software release.

• Correlate torque, speed, power, temperature, voltage/current and efficiency results across cells using reference units and uncertainty analysis.

• Own cell availability, preventive maintenance, instrumentation health, test throughput and safe response to HV, overspeed, thermal, fluid and rotating-equipment hazards.

Launch Governance, Change Control & Operational Readiness

• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, equipment acceptance, Safe Launch, run-at-rate and capacity verification with objective evidence and disciplined punch-list closure.

• Control production, process, software and test changes through documented risk assessment, approvals, validation, revision history and rollback or containment planning.

• Participate in readiness reviews, Layered Process Audits, Process Confirmation and QRQC/RCCA; close assigned actions with verified effectiveness.

Safety, Quality, Data Integrity & Compliance

• Apply role-specific HV LOTO/HVIL, machine safety, stored-energy isolation, electrical safe-work and PPE requirements; never bypass safety devices or product protections.

• Protect product genealogy, calibrated-tool status, test/measurement integrity, document control and audit-ready objective evidence.

• Comply with applicable AMP-2, SASO, Saudi labor/EHS, IATF 16949, IEC 60204 and functional-safety requirements within assigned scope.

Saudization, Capability Transfer & Collaboration

• Build Saudi national capability through structured OJT, ILU/skills matrices, practical assessment, certification, cross-training and documented knowledge transfer.

• Create technical standards, troubleshooting guides and training material; support interviews and KSA university/TVTC engagement where requested.

• Collaborate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Automation/Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, IT/OT, MES, Supply Chain, Product Engineering and suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 5 to 8 years in dyno test engineering (EV or automotive)

• Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred

• Preferred: greenfield launch; ISO 17025

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with commissioning, FAT/SAT, launch, production readiness or high-volume manufacturing ramp within the role discipline

• Working knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP/change control, machine/HV safety and traceability requirements applicable to the role

• Ability to support site, shift, weekend, shutdown or emergency activities when operationally required

• Preferred: recognized discipline certification, Lean/Six Sigma, greenfield EV/automotive launch and KSA workforce-development experience
