Lucid Motors Middle East تبحث عن Senior Robotics Engineer, Powertrain للعمل في السعودية ضمن فريق الطاقة والبطارية. سيكون المهندس مسؤولاً عن وضع معايير الروبوتات، البرمجة اللاوصلية، موثوقية الروبوتات، والتحقق من السلامة لخطوط الإنتاج الجديدة (AMP-2) مع خبرة في أنظمة FANUC وABB وKUKA.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- وضع معايير الروبوتات عبر مجموعات FANUC وABB وKUKA من حيث التسمية والمواقع والبرامج وتكوين السلامة.
- إدارة معايير BOM للروبوتات بما في ذلك وحدات التحكم وأجهزة التحكم عن بعد ووحدات السلامة وواجهات EOAT.
- إدارة بيئات البرمجة اللاوصلية (FANUC RoboGuide وABB RobotStudio) ومحاكاة الوصول والتصادم وزمن الدورة للخلايا الجديدة أو المعدلة.
- دعم تصميم تخطيط الخلايا ومناطق السلامة وتعاون الإنسان والروبوت.
- المسؤولية عن مؤشرات أداء uptime للروبوتات وتقليل وقت التوقف عبر التحليل المنظم.
- وضع استراتيجية الصيانة الوقائية للروبوتات (شحم، مبرمج، بطارية، مسارات كابلات).
- قيادة تحليل السبب الجذري للأعطال المتعلقة بالروبوتات وتوقف الخلايا.
- تحسين زمن دورة الروبوتات لدعم تحقيق وقت التكت عن طريق ضبط الحركة ومسارات التشغيل وتحسين البرامج.
- المسؤولية عن التحقق من سلامة الروبوتات بالتنسيق مع EHS والأتمتة فيما يخص تكامل safety-PLC والستائر الضوئية والإنترلوك.
- ضمان حفظ سجلات التحقق من السلامة وجاهزيتها للتدقيق.
- تطبيق إجراءات السلامة للجهد العالي (HV LOTO، HVIL، PPE) والامتثال لمعايير SASO ووزارة العمل السعودية وIEC 60204 وISO 13849 / IEC 62061.
- دعم أنشطة الإطلاق الآمن لـ AMP-2 وتشغيل at-rate والتحقق من السعة.
- المشاركة في مراجعات الجاهزية للإطلاق وعمليات التدقيق الطبقية وتأكيد العمليات.
- المشاركة في تصعيد QRQC / RCCA خلال مراحل الإطلاق وزيادة الإنتاج.
- تحديد معايير البرمجة والتسمية والإطار والحمل والنسخ الاحتياطي والإتقان والقطع الغيار والصيانة الوقائية والتغيير المتحكم به للروبوتات.
- إدارة محاكاة الوصول والتصادم ومناطق السلامة وتحسين الدورة والتحقق الرقمي للخلايا الجديدة والتعديلات.
- وظائف السرعة والمسافة الآمنة وواجهات safety PLC وسجلات تحقق جاهزة للتدقيق.
- إنشاء مؤشرات أداء الأسطول وتحليل العناصر السيئة وخريطة طريق التقادم وكتيبات الاسترداد ومعايير تأهيل المهندسين والفنيين.
- دعم FAT/SAT والتركيب وقبول المعدات والإطلاق الآمن والتشغيل at-rate والتحقق من السعة مع أدلة موضوعية وإغلاق قوائم النقاط.
- التحكم في تغييرات الإنتاج والعمليات والبرامج والاختبارات عبر تقييم المخاطر والموافقات والتحقق وسجل المراجعة وخطط التراجع أو الاحتواء.
- المشاركة في مراجعات الجاهزية وعمليات التدقيق الطبقية وتأكيد العمليات وQRQC/RCCA وإغلاق الإجراءات الموكلة مع فعالية مثبتة.
- تطبيق متطلبات HV LOTO/HVIL الخاصة بالدور، سلامة الآلات، عزل الطاقة المخزنة، أعمال الكهرباء الآمنة ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية، وعدم تجاوز أجهزة السلامة أو حماية المنتج.
- حماية نسب المنتج وحالة الأدوات المعايرة وسلامة الاختبار/القياس ومراقبة المستندات والأدلة الموضوعية الجاهزة للتدقيق.
- الامتثال لمتطلبات AMP-2 وSASO وقوانين العمل/الصحة والسلامة السعودية وIATF 16949 وIEC 60204 وسلامة الوظائف ضمن النطاق المحدد.
- بناء القدرات الوطنية السعودية من خلال التدريب أثناء العمل ومصفوفات المهارات والتقييم العملي والشهادات والتدريب المتقاطع ونقل المعرفة الموثق.
- إنشاء المعايير الفنية وأدلة استكشاف الأخطاء ومواد التدريب.
- التعاون مع أقسام الإنتاج والجودة والصيانة والأتمتة/الروبوتات وهندسة التصنيع وEHS وتقنية المعلومات/تقنية التشغيل ونظام MES وسلسلة التوريد وهندسة المنتج والموردين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الميكاترونكس أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الروبوتات.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال الروبوتات الصناعية، مع خبرة متعددة العلامات التجارية وخاصة FANUC.
- خبرة مثبتة في تركيب الروبوتات والبرمجة اللاوصلية والتحقق من السلامة.
- سجل قوي في تحسين uptime وزمن دورة الروبوتات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة؛ واللغة العربية مفضلة بشدة.
- يفضل خبرة في الإطلاق الجديد (greenfield) للسيارات الكهربائية أو صناعة السيارات، وخبرة في الروبوتات التعاونية.
- خبرة مثبتة في التركيب وFAT/SAT والإطلاق والجاهزية الإنتاجية أو زيادة الإنتاج بكميات كبيرة ضمن تخصص الدور.
- معرفة عملية بـ IATF 16949 وAPQP/التحكم بالتغيير وسلامة الآلات/الجهد العالي ومتطلبات التتبع المطبقة على الدور.
- يفضل شهادة معترف بها في مجال السلامة الوظيفية أو سلامة الروبوتات.

Position Overview

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Robotics Standards & Architecture
- Define and enforce robotics standards across FANUC, ABB, and KUKA populations
- Establish naming, positional, program, and safety-configuration standards
- Own robot BOM standards including controllers, teach pendants, safety modules, and EOAT interfaces
- Own offline programming environments (FANUC RoboGuide, ABB RobotStudio, etc)
- Perform reachability, collision, and cycle-time simulation for new cells and cell modifications
- Support cell layout, safety zoning, and human-robot collaboration design
- Own robot uptime KPIs across the Powertrain fleet; drive downtime reduction through structured analysis
- Establish robot PM strategy including grease, encoder, battery, and cable-track maintenance
- Lead RCA for robot-related breakdowns and cell downtime
- Own robot cycle time optimization to support takt achievement
- Deploy structured cycle-time reduction using motion tuning, path smoothing, and program optimization
- Own robot safety validation
- Coordinate with EHS and Automation on safety-PLC integration, light curtains, and interlocks
- Ensure safety validation records are maintained and audit-ready
- Enforce HV LOTO, HVIL continuity, and mandatory HV PPE for all work on or near EV Powertrain equipment
- Comply with SASO, Saudi MOL, IEC 60204, and functional safety standards (ISO 13849 / IEC 62061)
- Support HV emergency response including thermal runaway isolation and battery-related incident procedures
- Achieve and maintain HV safety competency appropriate to scope of work
- Support AMP-2 Safe Launch activities, run-at-rate events, and capacity verification within scope
- Contribute to Launch Readiness Reviews, Layered Process Audits, and Process Confirmation routines
- Participate in QRQC / RCCA escalations during launch and ramp-up phases
- Define robot programming, naming, frame, payload, backup, mastering, spare, preventive-maintenance and controlled-change standards.
- Own offline simulation, reachability, collision, safety zones, cycle optimization and digital validation for new cells and modifications.
- Safe-speed/space functions, safety PLC interfaces and audit-ready validation records.
- Establish fleet KPI, bad-actor analysis, obsolescence roadmap, recovery playbooks and engineer/technician qualification standards.
- Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, equipment acceptance, Safe Launch, run-at-rate and capacity verification with objective evidence and disciplined punch-list closure.
- Control production, process, software and test changes through documented risk assessment, approvals, validation, revision history and rollback or containment planning.
- Participate in readiness reviews, Layered Process Audits, Process Confirmation and QRQC/RCCA; close assigned actions with verified effectiveness.
- Apply role-specific HV LOTO/HVIL, machine safety, stored-energy isolation, electrical safe-work and PPE requirements; never bypass safety devices or product protections.
- Protect product genealogy, calibrated-tool status, test/measurement integrity, document control and audit-ready objective evidence.
- Comply with applicable AMP-2, SASO, Saudi labor/EHS, IATF 16949, IEC 60204 and functional-safety requirements within assigned scope.
- Build Saudi national capability through structured OJT, ILU/skills matrices, practical assessment, certification, cross-training and documented knowledge transfer.
- Create technical standards, troubleshooting guides and training material;
- Collaborate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Automation/Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, IT/OT, MES, Supply Chain, Product Engineering and suppliers.
- Deep robotics expertise (FANUC, ABB, etc)
- Strong offline programming skills (RoboGuide, RobotStudio, etc)
- Robot safety validation fluency
- Structured troubleshooting and reliability mindset
- Passion for developing people on robotics talent
- Technical standards, structured problem solving, risk-based decision making and controlled documentation
- Data literacy: KPI definition, trend analysis, evidence-based validation and clear executive/shop-floor communication
- Cross-functional influence, supplier coordination and disciplined ownership in a greenfield launch environment
- Coaching, competency assessment and knowledge transfer in a multicultural English/Arabic workplace
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering
- 5 - 8 years in industrial robotics; multi-brand experience required especially Fanuc
- Demonstrated robot commissioning, offline programming, and safety validation experience
- Strong track record of robot uptime and cycle time optimization
- Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred
- Preferred: EV or automotive greenfield launch; and collaborative-robot experience
- Demonstrated experience with commissioning, FAT/SAT, launch, production readiness or high-volume manufacturing ramp within the role discipline
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP/change control, machine/HV safety and traceability requirements applicable to the role
- Preferred: recognized discipline certification, Lean/Six Sigma, greenfield EV/automotive launch and KSA workforce-development experience
