المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم برامج تدريبية وورش عمل وجلسات تمكين تقنية بقيادة المدرب على منصة Databricks.
  • تيسير التعلم النظري والعملي عبر تقنيات Databricks ذات الصلة.
  • توجيه المشاركين خلال التمارين العملية، والتدريبات، والعروض التوضيحية، وحالات الاستخدام الواقعية.
  • شرح مفاهيم معقدة في هندسة البيانات والتحليلات والذكاء الاصطناعي وبنية الـ Lakehouse.
  • إعداد وصيانة بيئات التدريب والمواد والتمارين والوثائق الداعمة.
  • تكييف أسلوب التقديم بناءً على الخلفيات التقنية للمشاركين واحتياجاتهم التعليمية.
  • تقييم تقدم المشاركين وتقديم ملاحظات تقنية بناءة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع دائم بتطورات منصة Databricks والشهادات والممارسات الموصى بها.
  • دعم مبادرات التمكين الداخلية ومبادرات العملاء.
  • الحفاظ على معايير عالية باستمرار في جودة التدريب وتجربة المتعلم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة (شهادات) Databricks نشطة وذات صلة.
  • خبرة عملية قوية مع منصة Databricks.
  • خبرة في تقديم تدريب تقني أو ورش عمل أو جلسات تمكين.
  • فهم قوي لهندسة البيانات والتحليلات وبنية الـ Lakehouse أو مفاهيم البيانات ذات الصلة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في العرض والتيسير والتواصل.
  • القدرة على شرح مفاهيم تقنية معقدة لجماهير ذات مستويات خبرة مختلفة.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، أو هندسة البيانات، أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • اعتماد مدرب Databricks (Databricks instructor accreditation) أو خبرة سابقة في تقديم تدريب رسمي من Databricks.
  • شهادات متعددة في Databricks.
  • خبرة مع Apache Spark، PySpark، SQL، Delta Lake، وUnity Catalog.
  • معرفة بمنصات السحابة مثل Azure أو AWS أو GCP.
  • خبرة في تدريب العملاء من المؤسسات.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a Certified Databricks Instructor who can deliver high-quality technical training and enable professionals to build practical skills across the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

You'll combine strong Databricks expertise with excellent instructional and communication skills, delivering engaging learning experiences for technical professionals and enterprise clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical, hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led Databricks training programs, workshops, and technical enablement sessions
  • Facilitate both theoretical and hands-on learning across relevant Databricks technologies
  • Guide participants through labs, exercises, demonstrations, and real-world use cases
  • Explain complex data engineering, analytics, AI, and lakehouse concepts clearly
  • Prepare and maintain training environments, materials, exercises, and supporting documentation
  • Adapt delivery based on participants' technical backgrounds and learning needs
  • Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive technical feedback
  • Stay current with Databricks platform developments, certifications, and recommended practices
  • Support internal and client enablement initiatives
  • Maintain consistently high standards of training delivery and learner experience

Qualifications

Required

  • Active relevant Databricks certification(s)
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Databricks platform
  • Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement sessions
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, lakehouse, or related data concepts
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with different experience levels
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred

  • Databricks instructor accreditation or previous experience delivering official Databricks training
  • Multiple Databricks certifications
  • Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Experience training enterprise clients
  • English proficiency and Arabic is a plus
  • Experience within consulting, professional services, or technology training environments
