Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Executive will engage prospective and existing clients, explain detailing and paint protection film services, and guide customers in selecting suitable packages. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting showroom or studio consultations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with the operations team on bookings and service timelines, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also support local marketing initiatives, build relationships with partners and car clubs, and contribute to revenue growth through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present tailored service solutions.
• Experience in consultative selling, preferably in automotive, luxury goods, or premium services.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including confident face-to-face and phone interaction.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and comfort working with digital communication platforms.
• High attention to detail and commitment to representing a premium, quality-focused brand.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate closely with studio and operations teams.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in Riyadh or familiarity with the local automotive and luxury market is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
