يسر JD.COM (جينغدونغ للوجستيات) التقدم بطلب لشغل وظيفة مدير مشتريات لوجستية في منطقة الرياض. نحن شركة رائدة في حلول سلسلة التوريد والخدمات اللوجستية المدفوعة بالتكنولوجيا، ونسعى لتعزيز كفاءة العمليات من خلال شراكات استراتيجية وإدارة موردين متطورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين خطط المشتريات الاستراتيجية طويلة المدى التي تغطي التخزين والشحن البري والتوصيل في الميل الأخير في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، ومواءمتها مع أهداف العمل العامة للشركة.
- قيادة تحديد وتقييم وإدراج الموردين عاليي الجودة؛ واستكشاف ودمج موارد الشحن البري الأساسية (FTL/LTL)، وموارد التخزين، وموارد التوصيل في الميل الأخير لبناء نظام بيئي شامل ومستقر وتنافسي من حيث التكلفة.
- قيادة مفاوضات معقدة حول اتفاقيات التعاون طويلة الأجل والتسعير واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة وشروط الدفع مع الموردين الأساسيين في مجالات التخزين والشحن والتوصيل لتحقيق تحسين التكلفة ورفع جودة الخدمة.
- إنشاء وتحسين نظام إدارة موردين منهجي يشمل تقييم الأداء والإدارة الهرمية وآليات الحوافز لدفع التحسين المستمر لقدرات خدمات الموردين عبر جميع سيناريوهات المشتريات.
- مراقبة وتحليل اتجاهات سوق الخدمات اللوجستية في الشرق الأوسط (التخزين، الشحن، الميل الأخير)، والتغيرات التنظيمية والمخاطر الصناعية؛ وتعديل استراتيجيات المشتريات بشكل استباقي واقتراح حلول فعالة للتحكم بالمخاطر.
- التعاون عبر الأقسام مع العمليات والمبيعات والمالية والإدارات الأخرى لتنسيق موارد المشتريات عبر سيناريوهات متعددة وضمان سير عمل سلس لسلسلة التوريد اللوجستية الشاملة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 3-5+ سنوات من الخبرة في مجال المشتريات اللوجستية المتكاملة في الشرق الأوسط (تشمل التخزين والشحن البري والتوصيل في الميل الأخير والتخليص الجمركي).
- خبرة عميقة ورؤية ثاقبة لسوق الخدمات اللوجستية التعاقدية في الشرق الأوسط؛ وامتلاك موارد محلية واسعة وعالية الجودة تشمل موارد الشحن البري الأساسية وموردي التخزين ومقدمي خدمات التوصيل في الميل الأخير.
- سجل حافل في التخطيط الاستراتيجي للمشتريات وتنفيذه عبر سيناريوهات لوجستية متعددة، مع إنجازات ملموسة في تحسين التكلفة وبناء النظام البيئي للموردين؛ وقدرة ممتازة على إدارة المفاوضات والعقود المعقدة.
- قدرة قوية على التكيف مع بيئات العمل سريعة الوتيرة وذات الضغط العالي؛ ومهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات وإدارة الأزمات.
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق وتعاون ممتازة عبر الأقسام؛ تفكير استراتيجي قوي وقدرات تحليل بيانات؛ إجادة استخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel.
- متطلبات اللغة: إتقان اللغة الصينية والإنكليزية، أو الصينية والعربية. المرشحون الذين يجيدون اللغات الثلاث (الصينية والإنكليزية والعربية) مفضلون بشدة، وقد يتم تخفيف شرط الخبرة لهم.
- الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيماً في الشرق الأوسط، ويفضل في المملكة العربية السعودية.

About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Develop, execute and optimize long-term strategic procurement plans covering Middle East warehousing, trucking and last-mile courier services, aligning with the company's overall business development goals.
- Lead the identification, evaluation and onboarding of high-quality suppliers; deeply tap and integrate underlying trucking resources (FTL/LTL), warehousing resources and last-mile courier resources to build a comprehensive, stable and cost-competitive logistics supplier ecosystem.
- Lead complex negotiations on long-term cooperation agreements, pricing, SLAs and payment terms with core suppliers across warehousing, trucking and last-mile scenarios to achieve overall cost optimization and service quality upgrading.
- Establish and improve a systematic supplier management system, including performance evaluation, hierarchical management and incentive mechanisms, to drive continuous improvement of supplier service capabilities across all procurement scenarios.
- Monitor and conduct in-depth analysis of Middle East logistics market trends (warehousing, trucking, last-mile), regulatory changes and industry risks; proactively adjust procurement strategies and propose effective risk prevention and control solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance and other departments to coordinate procurement resources across multiple scenarios and ensure the smooth operation of the end-to-end logistics supply chain.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Middle East integrated logistics procurement (covering warehousing, trucking, last-mile courier and customs clearance )
- Profound industry experience and in-depth insight into the Middle East contract logistics market; extensive and high-quality local resources including underlying trucking resources, warehousing suppliers and last-mile courier service providers.
- Proven track record of successful strategic procurement planning and implementation across multiple logistics scenarios, with significant achievements in cost optimization, supplier ecosystem construction; excellent complex negotiation and contract management capabilities.
- Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure work environments; excellent problem-solving, decision-making and crisis management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills; Strong strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities; proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Chinese and English, or Chinese and Arabic. Candidates with all three languages (Chinese, English and Arabic) are highly preferred - for these candidates, the work experience requirement may be relaxed.
- Location: Candidates must be based in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
