تسعى JD Logistics، الذراع اللوجستية المتطورة لمجموعة JD.com والمتخصصة في حلول سلاسل الإمداد والتوصيل الذكية، إلى ضم مدير عمليات توصيل للعمل في منطقة الرياض. في هذا الدور، ستقود تخطيط شبكات التوصيل وتحسينها في المملكة، وتدعم إطلاق مناطق جديدة من الصفر، وتحلل مؤشرات الأداء لرفع الكفاءة التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تخطيط وتحسين شبكة التوصيل في السعودية، بما في ذلك تخطيط المحطات وتغطية الخدمة وتصميم المسارات وتخصيص السعة.
- تطوير خطط إطلاق شاملة للشبكة في المدن والمناطق الجديدة داخل السعودية بناءً على حجم الطلبات وكثافتها والتغطية الجغرافية ومتطلبات العملاء.
- دعم إطلاق محطات ومناطق توصيل جديدة من الصفر (0→1)، بما يشمل تخطيط المواقع وتقييم السعة وتخطيط القوى العاملة وتخصيص المركبات والإعداد التشغيلي.
- تحليل مؤشرات أداء التوصيل الرئيسية مثل حجم التوصيل وكفاءته ونسبة التسليم في الوقت المحدد والتكلفة لكل طلب والإنتاجية، وتحديد فرص تحسين الشبكة.
- تحسين هيكل شبكة التوصيل وتوزيع الموارد باستمرار وفقًا لنمو الأعمال وتغيرات حجم الطلبات.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المبيعات والتخزين والنقل والجمارك وغيرها لتطوير وتنفيذ حلول توصيل للأنشطة والمناطق الجديدة.
- دعم تطوير عمليات توصيل قابلة للتوسع وفعالة من حيث التكلفة في جميع أنحاء السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في مجال اللوجستيات أو التوصيل السريع أو لوجستيات التجارة الإلكترونية أو التوصيل الميل الأخير، مع خبرة قوية في عمليات التوصيل أو تخطيط الشبكات.
- معرفة متعمقة بسوق اللوجستيات والتوصيل الميل الأخير في السعودية، بما في ذلك مدنها ومناطقها وخصائص التوصيل فيها.
- خبرة عملية في إطلاق الشبكات أو افتتاح المحطات أو إعداد شبكات التوصيل في مدن جديدة داخل السعودية.
- القدرة على إجراء تخطيط الشبكات وحسابات السعة بشكل مستقل بناءً على حجم الطلبات والتوزيع الجغرافي ووقت التوصيل والتكلفة ومتطلبات القوى العاملة والمركبات.
- مهارات تحليلية وتخطيطية وحل مشكلات قوية، مع القدرة على استخدام البيانات لدعم القرارات التشغيلية.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل بين الوظائف، مع القدرة على دفع الخطط من التصميم إلى التنفيذ.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة مع شركات لوجستيات أو توصيل سريع أو تجارة إلكترونية كبرى في السعودية.

About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery network planning and optimization in Saudi Arabia, including station planning, service coverage, route design, and capacity allocation.
- Develop end-to-end network launch plans for new cities and regions in Saudi Arabia based on business volume, order density, geographic coverage, and customer requirements.
- Support the launch of new delivery stations and regions from 0 to 1, including site planning, capacity assessment, manpower planning, vehicle allocation, and operational setup.
- Analyze key delivery performance indicators such as delivery volume, delivery efficiency, on-time delivery rate, cost per order, and productivity, and identify opportunities for network optimization.
- Continuously optimize delivery network structure and resource allocation based on business growth and changes in order volume.
- Work closely with Sales, Warehousing, Transportation, Customs, and other teams to develop and implement delivery solutions for new businesses and new regions.
- Support the development of scalable and cost-effective delivery operations across Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in logistics, express delivery, e-commerce logistics, or last-mile delivery, with solid experience in delivery operations or network planning.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi logistics and last-mile delivery market, including different cities, regions, and delivery characteristics.
- Hands-on experience in network launch, station opening, or new-city delivery network setup in Saudi Arabia.
- Able to independently conduct network planning and capacity calculations based on order volume, geographic distribution, delivery time, cost, manpower, and vehicle requirements.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support operational decisions.
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to drive plans from design to implementation.
- Experience with major logistics, express delivery, or e-commerce companies in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
