تعلن شركة IntrepidGS عن وظيفة أخصائي لياقة بدنية (Fitness Specialist) في مدينة الباحة، عيد الظفرة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشترط أن يكون المتقدم مدرب لياقة معتمد وقادراً على تدريس حصص الأيروبكس بما في ذلك التمارين الهوائية (step-aerobics)، وتمارين القوة والمقاومة، وتمارين القلب والأوعية الدموية، والتدريب الدائري (circuit training).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في إدارة الفعاليات الرياضية واللياقية، بما في ذلك التحكيم والإبلاغ عن المشاركة والإعلان عن قواعد اللعبة، بالإضافة إلى تجهيز الفعالية وإنهائها.
- المساعدة في إنشاء تقويمات اللياقة البدنية والنشرات التسويقية مع ضمان وضع خطة فعاليات لياقة لـ 120 يوماً مسبقاً.
- إجراء إحصاء أعداد الحضور وإكمال التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية حسب المطلوب.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة وبأسلوب ودود لجميع مرتادي المنشأة، ومعالجة استفسارات العملاء وشكاواهم مع تقديم حلول فورية للنزاعات.
- المساعدة في صيانة المرافق الخارجية مثل ملاعب الكرة وملاعب الكرة الطائرة الرملية ومرامي حدوة الحصان وغيرها.
- المساعدة في صيانة المرافق الداخلية مثل إزالة النفايات وفحص المعدات والحفاظ على النظافة العامة.
- أداء مهام أخرى متعلقة بالوظيفة حسب الحاجة لدعم المهمة، بما في ذلك المساعدة في السكن أو مناطق الترفيه حسب توجيهات مدير الموقع.
- العمل في ورديات (صباحية أو ليلية) بما أن عمليات اللياقة تتم على مدار 24 ساعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (GED).
- شهادة إنعاش قلبي رئوي (CPR) من الصليب الأحمر الأمريكي أو ما يعادلها محلياً ومعتمدة من المسؤول.
- شهادة إسعافات أولية (Standard First Aid) من الصليب الأحمر الأمريكي أو ما يعادلها محلياً.
- شهادة مزيل الرجفان الخارجي الآلي (AED).
- رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية المفعول والقدرة على قيادة مركبة ذات ناقل حركة يدوي.
- جواز سفر أمريكي ساري المفعول (يفضل).
- القدرة على استيفاء جميع متطلبات سياسة الانتشار الصادرة عن القيادة المركزية الأمريكية (USCENTCOM).
- القدرة على الحصول على تأشيرة إقامة صالحة لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والحفاظ عليها.
- القدرة على العمل في ظروف بيئية قاسية تشمل الغبار ودرجات الحرارة المرتفعة، وتحمل ساعات طويلة والتعرض للعوامل الجوية والظروف الخطرة.
- الحصول على تصريح أمني سري من وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية (DoD Secret) والحفاظ عليه.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الاجتماعي والشفوي والكتابي.
- معرفة عمل قوية بالتدريب اللياقي والتمارين الرياضية.
- يفضل أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على شهادات مدرب شخصي (Personal Trainer) ومدرب صفوف (Class Instructor) من جهة معتمدة.
- يفضل القدرة على استضافة حصص لياقة وتعليم الأعضاء مبادئ تدريب القوة وإجراءات التدريب وتقنيات التمارين.
- ضمان الاستخدام الآمن والفعال لمعدات التدريب، والحفاظ على نظافة وسلامة معدات التدريب.
- مهارات حاسوبية أساسية وإجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Word وMicrosoft Excel وMicrosoft PowerPoint.
- القدرة على إنشاء وتعديل واستخدام جداول البيانات عبر برنامج Microsoft Excel.

Essential Job Functions
- Assist in event management inclusive but not exclusive to officiating recreation sporting events, fitness events, reporting participation, announcing rules of engagement, and setup & teardown of event.
- Assist in creation of fitness calendars and marketing flyers ensuring 120-day calendar planned with fitness events.
- Perform headcounts and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner to all patrons of facility.
- Manage customer concerns and or complaints providing conflict resolution and timely action on all concerns.
- Assist in maintaining outside facilities inclusive of ball fields, sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and other exterior facilities.
- Assist in maintaining inside facilities inclusive but not exclusive to trash removal, equipment checks, and overall cleanliness.
- Must possess an American Red Cross CPR Certificate, an American Red Cross Standard First Aid certificate, or local equivalent certifications (as approved by the ACO), and an Automated External Defibrillator Certification.
- Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of fitness training and exercises.
- Performs other related duties needed/required to support the mission.
- Perform other mission required duties inclusive of assisting in Lodging or MWR/Recreational areas as required by Site Manager.
- Additional duties as assigned by Site Manager.
- Fitness operations occur 24 hours a day and candidate must be able to work shift as assigned inclusive of either dayshift or nightshift.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must possess an American Red Cross CPR Certificate.
- American Red Cross Standard First Aid certificate or local equivalent certifications (as approved by the ACO).
- Automated External Defibrillator Certification.
- Preference for candidates to maintain Personal Trainer and Class Instructor certificates by a certifying organization.

- Preference for candidate to maintain the ability to host fitness classes and instruct members in the strength training principles, training procedures, and exercise techniques.

- Must maintain basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Must be able to create, modify and utilize spreadsheets with the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Must have a Valid U.S. Driver's License and be able to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.
- Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD SEVENTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for the U.A.E.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
