تعلن شركة IntrepidGS عن توفر وظيفة مراقب/مرافق للعمالة المحلية والأجنبية (OCN/LN Monitor - Escort) في قاعدة الأمير سلطان الجوية بالرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك مراقب/مرافق للعمالة المحلية والأجنبية (OCN/LN)، ستقوم بمرافقة الأشخاص غير المصرح لهم إلى المناطق المحددة ومراقبتهم أثناء أداء العمل. وتتضمن المسؤوليات تسجيل دخول وخروج جميع المقاولين من العمالة المحلية والأجنبية، وإحصاء الأفراد قبل وبعد أداء مهامهم، وإبلاغ الجهات المختصة بعدد الأشخاص والمركبات التي يجري مرافقتها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء مجموعة واسعة من مهام المرافقة للعمالة المحلية والأجنبية (LN/OCN).
- التواصل مع العمالة المحلية والأجنبية عند منشأة الدخول المخصصة بعد الانتهاء من إجراءات الدخول واستلام بطاقات التبادل، وتزويدهم وإطلاعهم على القواعد والإجراءات.
- مرافقة العمالة المحلية والأجنبية حتى اكتمال العمل اليومي، وتطهير منطقة العمل من قبل أفراد القوات المسلحة المدربين على الحماية، وخروج جميع العمالة من القاعدة و/أو العودة إلى المعسكرات.
- ضمان عدم قيام العمالة المحلية والأجنبية بإدخال أي مواد محظورة أو ممنوعة إلى القاعدة (مثل الأسلحة والمخدرات وغيرها).
- الحفاظ على رؤية جميع المركبات والأفراد أثناء أداء مهام المرافقة. توفير السلامة والرفاهية للنفس وللأفراد المرافقين (مثل الإخلاء إلى الملاجئ الوقائية في حالة الهجوم).
- إبلاغ مدير المشروع/الموقع وطاقم السلامة فوراً عن أي ظروف عمل غير آمنة.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بممارسات النظافة العامة.
- الحفاظ على حالة من اليقظة والاستعداد للرد بشكل مناسب على أي موقف قد يطرأ؛ إبلاغ الجهات المختصة عن أي سلوكيات أو تصريحات مريبة من العمالة المحلية والأجنبية.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى تُكلف بها حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية الأمريكية.
- يفضل امتلاك جواز سفر أمريكي ساري المفعول.
- رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية المفعول مع سجل قيادة جيد.
- القدرة على استيفاء جميع متطلبات سياسة الانتشار الحالية للقيادة المركزية الأمريكية (USCENTCOM)، كما هو موضح في سياسة الانتشار الفردي والوحدات الصادرة عن USCENTCOM بتاريخ 23 أبريل 2018 (التعديل الثامن عشر).
- القدرة على الحصول على تأشيرة إقامة سارية المفعول في البلد المضيف والحفاظ عليها.
- القدرة على العمل في ظروف بيئية قاسية تشمل الغبار ودرجات الحرارة المرتفعة.
- القدرة على تحمل ساعات العمل الطويلة والتعرض للظروف الجوية والمخاطر.
- السفر: الانتشار بنسبة 100% في الخارج.

As the OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) you will escort un-cleared personnel into areas and monitor un-cleared personnel while performing work. You will log in and out all LN/OCN contractors and count personnel before and after they perform duties; notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.

Essential Job Functions
- Performs a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage.
- Makes contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges; providing and briefing them on rules and procedures.
- Escorts LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items (i.e. weapons, drugs, etc.).
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties. Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel (such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack).
- Notify Project/Site Manager and the Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
- Maintains an alert state of readiness and is prepared to properly respond to any situation that may occur; alerts appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- US Citizenship
- Valid US Passport (preferred)
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
