تعلن شركة adidas عن توفر وظيفة مراقب مخزون تجزئة (Retail Inventory Controller) في الرياض، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الهدف من هذا الدور هو مراقبة والحفاظ على مستويات المخزون بين الأنظمة والمتاجر والمستودعات، وضمان تطبيق إجراءات الرقابة الصحيحة على مستوى المتجر، وتوفير معلومات دقيقة عن المخزون الفعلي (STOH) للإدارة العليا.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل تقارير المخزون بشكل يومي وأسبوعي وشهري، وتحليل أداء العناصر.
  • تطوير وتحسين هيكل تقارير المخزون لضمان الدقة والاتساق.
  • تحديد العناصر ذات الدوران المرتفع والمنخفض وإعداد تقارير تواصل للفرق المعنية.
  • التحكم في تعديلات المخزون من خلال تحليل فروقات الكمية والسعر.
  • إجراء تحقيقات دقيقة لحل المشكلات في الأنظمة.
  • الحفاظ على مستويات عالية من خدمة العملاء (داخلياً وخارجياً).
  • تقليل عدم دقة بيانات مخزون المتجر.
  • قيادة عملية تدقيق المخزون من التخطيط إلى التنفيذ.
  • إدارة عناصر المخزون وإيرادات المخزون بدقة في أنظمة aLS وSAP لتحقيق توافق 100%.
  • تنظيم كميات كبيرة من البيانات.
  • العمل بشكل استباقي لاقتراح تغييرات في العمليات لمنع المخالفات.
  • استلام وشحن المخزون من وإلى المستودع بما في ذلك تحويلات نهاية الموسم والتحويلات بين الفروع.
  • رفع نتائج التحقيقات والمخالفات المتعلقة بمنع الخسائر مباشرة إلى مدير عمليات التجزئة الأول.
  • تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية: نسبة الانكماش المحددة سنوياً، تعديل الزي الرسمي والتلفيات شهرياً، إغلاق التحقيقات خلال 48 ساعة، التوافق النظامي بنسبة 98-100%.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة جامعية أو دبلوم.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات في مراقبة مخزون التجزئة مع التركيز على الأعمال.
  • خبرة في مجال الرياضة أو السلع الاستهلاكية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مستخدم متقدم لحزمة Microsoft Office.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation

Monitoring and maintaining levels of inventory between systems, stores and warehouse. Ensuring correct Retail controls and procedures are implemented at store level and accurate STOH information delivered to Snr Manager Retail Operations Manager & Snr Manager Consumer excellence

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance.
  • Develop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
  • Identify “heavy” and “low” turn inventory items and maintain communication reports for the respective teams.
  • Control inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis)
  • Diligent investigations required to solve problems in the systems.
  • Maintenance and accountability of high levels of customer service (internal and external).
  • Minimize inaccuracy of store stock data.
  • Driving the stock audit process from planning to execution.
  • Stock items and stock revenue to be accurately managed in aLS and SAP for 100% alignment
  • Ability to organize vast amounts of data.
  • Work proactively to propose process changes which will prevent irregularities
  • Store receiving and shipping of inventory into and out of the company’s warehouse including EOS transfers and inter branch transfers
  • Results of investigations and enormities about possible loss prevention issues to reported directly to Snr Manager Retail Operations.

  •   Shrinkage target defined each year (administration)
  • To ensure all uniforms & Damages adjusted monthly
  • PRP Internal controls Audit Results (relevant sections)
  • Investigations closed within 48 hours
  • System alignment -monthly results between 98%100%

 

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  •  Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Fluent in English & Arabic

 

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  •   University degree or diploma level.
  • 3-4 years of retail inventory control experience with focus on business.
  • Industry experience in Sports/Consumer goods.
