يسعى قسم التحليل التجاري في شركة Emerson بالمنطقة الشرقية إلى تعيين محلل مخزون وأعمال (Inventory and Business Analyst) لدعم عمليات تحسين أداء المخزون واتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية من خلال التحليل الدقيق والتقارير التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على مستويات مخزون مثلى للمواد الخام، العمل تحت التصنيع (WIP)، والسلع التامة مع تقليل حالات نفاد المخزون، التكدس، والتقادم.
- تحليل اتجاهات المخزون، المخزون الراكد، بطيء الحركة، الزائد والمتقادم (E&O)، ومعدل دوران المخزون.
- تحديد فرص تحسين كفاءة المخزون وأداء رأس المال العامل، ودعم أنشطة تسوية المخزون ومراجعات أدائه.

- إعداد تقارير أداء المخزون والتشغيل والأعمال، ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مثل قيمة المخزون، معدل الدوران (ITO)، الدقة، النقص، والعمر الزمني.
- تطوير لوحات معلومات وتقارير إدارية باستخدام نظام ERP وبيانات الأعمال، وتقديم تحديثات دورية للقيادة.
- تحديد فرص تحسين التقارير وجودة البيانات والأتمتة والعمليات، ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر في إدارة المخزون.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، المالية، سلسلة التوريد، إدارة العمليات، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في بيئة صناعية أو تصنيعية.
- خبرة في إدارة المخزون، التحليل التجاري، التقارير التشغيلية، أو وظائف سلسلة التوريد.
- خبرة في العمل مع أنظمة ERP وأدوات إعداد تقارير الأعمال.
- مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inventory & Business Analyst is responsible for optimizing inventory performance and providing business and operational analysis to support effective decision-making. This role focuses on inventory planning, forecasting, KPI management, business reporting, and process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and improve business performance.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Inventory Planning & Analysis
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods while minimizing stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
- Analyze inventory trends, aging, slow-moving inventory, excess and obsolete (E&O) stock, and inventory turnover performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and working capital performance.
- Support inventory reconciliation activities and inventory performance reviews.
- Support inventory-related financial reporting, inventory valuation, provisions, adjustments, and inventory control activities.
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and POR targets to identify performance gaps and business risks.
- Investigate operational and financial variances and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Collect, validate, and analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Develop analysis and recommendations to support informed business decisions.
- Prepare and maintain inventory, operational, and business performance reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators including inventory value, inventory turnover (ITO), inventory accuracy, shortages, aging, and E&O inventory.
- Develop dashboards and management reports using ERP and business data.
- Provide regular updates and business insights to leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, automation, and operational processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management and business performance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, and other functions to improve operational effectiveness.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and operational review processes.
- You use analytical thinking to solve complex business and operational challenges.
- You have strong attention to detail and ensure data accuracy.
- You proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- You communicate insights effectively and influence data-driven decisions.
- You collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.
- You are action-oriented and focused on delivering results.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience in inventory management, business analysis, operational reporting, or supply chain functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and business reporting tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing operations, and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
